Do not order from this company. It’s a scam I’ve been sent 3 replacements. My original had a typo the sent a corrected one but it was chipped. Number 3 same typo. Plaque number 4 typo and a map from kentucky, the address for the map is in maryland. No resolution after repeated attempts to make it right.

Ordered on the 2nd of February and paid for express printing. Still hasn't arrived 15 days later. The tracking number is all jazzed up and I have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. I spent over $70 and feel ripped off. I'll be sure to update this if it ever arrives. Don't trust the Etsy or website reviews. Steer clear!

Pay extra for a quick print. Still did no receive it, waiting for a month 1/2. Does not answer email. Tracking package doesn't work. This company is a scam.

Low quality product and absolutely terrible service. My husband got me one and they attached the wrong address and felt no obligation to correct their problem. This place is an absolute scam. On their website it shows an address that's actually a chiropractor... So who knows where they actually are.

I ordered February 2nd they printed a shipping label on thr 8th, not 2-3 days, then finally tendered it to ups on the 10th. Went from UPS to USPS and received it on the 14th. I gave it to my wife and when she peeled the protective covering the map was there but the location isn't on the map like in their examples on their site, I emailed them and they said they don't put the exact location on it only a map of the area. I emailed back with screenshots of their examples and no reply. BTW if I google map the location the it's on the map in the right location so I don't get why it's not on what I received.

Awful. Ordered on 06 February. "Ships in 1-3 days". It is the 17th. Still has not shipped. I paid for "premium international shipping" (I live right across the border from the US, not overseas) and expedited printing. I emailed them about the fact that it hadn't shipped and got "you'll receive an email when it ships" back. Absolutely horrible business. Will never deal with again. I got more promotional emails from them than actual responses.

I concur with all the other crappy reviews. Ordered for Valentines Day, paid for expedited shipping, package has sat somewhere for days on end and no response to 3 messages. I was going to call tomorrow, but just saw that the phone does not work! What is with this place!!!! Still waiting to see if it’s even worth anything as those comments say it a POS too. What a joke of a company.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm extremely disappointed with the entire customer journey.. from ordering and paying for fast shipping (their website claims it would ship within 2-3 days shipping.. meanwhile my order took 3 weeks to complete and arrived AFTER Valentine's Day when I paid extra for expedited shipping. Just received and where do I begin. The print is as expected, but the map is tiny.
It's made of flimsy garbage plastic. A stand that has a groove that is too wide to fit the frame properly so it sits at an angle or falls over completely. I had to add a shim to keep it upright. The remnants of the glue from the protective film have the back of my frame streaked the plastic, so there's that. Trash. While their idea is genius, and they obviously have a well crafted and targeted social marketing strategy, their product is lackluster and execution and communication are lacking If you are shopping for a similar product, find a reputable well reviewed artisan on Etsy and buy from them. This was a waste of $85

If I could give it a BIG ZERO stars I would. These people claimed in their site that if I ordered when I did I’d get it before Valentines. When I didn’t receive any shipping information I reached out and they simply wouldn’t reply. It wasn’t until I disputed the charge that they reached out stating their delivery policy. I sent them a screenshot of their claim and they never responded. However, even after I told them I had disputed the charge they continued to send shipping information after that, that simply proved they’d never make their promised shipping date. When that crap gets here I will simply refuse the order. Don’t ever ever ever buy from this place.

Ordered 1/28 supposed to receive 2/8. It got created as a label on 2/8. They have the wrong state on the shipping label. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THROUGH AND THROUGH! This has really set me back. This was supposed to be a great gift for Vday… ended up being a BUST! Do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT!

Wow… I can’t believe how cheap this product is. It’s a piece of cheap plastic with a very low resolution map. It doesn’t even indicate on the map the address you give. There’s smudgy leftover adhesive that dulls the plastic when you remove the protective layer. For $60 I expected so much more quality. It looks like someone made this at home on a cheap printer. This was a valentines gift and I’m embarrassed to give it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Bought the map plaque, stand, and key chain mini-version.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY
I paid $7 USD for “Express Delivery Printing” fee, but the product arrived in 20 business days instead of 6-12 as the company advertises.

“Customer Service” email replies are essentially templates/form letters. They regurgitate the same info you provide to them and ignore and do not reply to specific questions. When questioned about delivery status they merely refer me to the UPS tracking number I had to begin with. The UPS tracking number had no real information on the status of my delivery. A second, associated tracking number provided by Print Your Places was deemed to be non-existent by the UPS tracker.

I requested a refund for the “Express Printing Fee”. I assumed this fee would expedite the production and shipping of my map plaque, stand, and map plaque key chain. They ignored this request in one of my emails.

The product arrived eight business days late (based on the outside range provided by them of 6-12 business days). Nearly two weeks late!

Print Your Places thought it acceptable to ship the map plaque in a thin, slightly bubble packaged envelope (you can their packaging online in its promotional footage), 4300kms/2600 miles across the continent.

The envelope was totally ripped and scuffed up in multiple places. The map plaque arrived totally destroyed; scratch marks and gouges all over. The “mini-map” on a key chain was in a separate package!! I notified them immediately about the destroyed packaging and product, and a missing product that was not delivered.

I waited 15 more business days for the replacement map plaque to be delivered.

FRAUD
My map plaque stand was not delivered. I notified them immediately in the first instance about the missing stand they failed to deliver to me. I paid $14.95 for the plastic stand. Print Your Places will not respond to my enquiries about sending me the product I ordered. This is fraud.

Don’t waste your money on the mini version key chain map plaque. You can’t see your special location nor many of the surrounding streets.

Don’t waste your money on the map plaque stand. $14.95 for a very small piece of plastic. Well, I can only tell from photos because they’ve defrauded me by not providing this add-on product that I paid for.

Too bad zero is not an option. This business has an F rating with the BBB. Wish I had checked there first. I ordered on the 16th. No problem. It’s been ready to ship since the 20th. Over 2 weeks. I’ve emailed. 3 times. I’ve called. 2 times. And the phone number listed on their website is disconnected. Imagine that. Do NOT waste your money here! PLEASE

My boyfriend ordered this for me for Christmas and he received the completely wrong order FOUR times!!! Not joking. They are SCAMMERS. And they try to talk circles around you until you can’t dispute the transaction with your credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

The 100% and absolute WORST customer service experience wit this company. Do NOT order from them. Their alleged "1-3 days shipping" does not exist at all. I ordered on January 6th! It is January 24th and I still haven't received my order. I literally had to threaten cancellation. I contacted customer support and they told me that my experience "isn't unusual!" I will never ever order from this place again and, frankly, I'm terrified about what I'm going to receieve. I wish I could get my money back and cancel or had, instead, never ordered from them. Do not buy from here. There are other reputable services that actually do what is advertised or or you can make your own!

I placed an on Saturday evening, however I tried to cancel on Sunday evening, they refused, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all not really helpful in any way!!! DO NOT USE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. What a scam. They spelled the names wrong on the plaque. They sent me another persons keychain. They claim 5 day delivery and took over 2 weeks to get here. Will be filing a claim with the BBB if they do not refund me in full or get me our the corrected items in a timely manner.

In order to improve the need to be honest to start with. I am so very disappointed that they did not concern about the customer. I 've order a reclaner chair om 12/06/2022 took my money and never got in touch with me at least to give an explanation. In top of that never received the product. I know that social media and word of mouse it works great. This company will desapier very soon. So So disapointed . There is noway to talk to them or anybody live. Here s mytwo cents of the .
