Had a delivery 8th December, mini ufo as a Christmas gift however broke upon arrival and cannot get in touch, absolute disgrace as no phone number for returns and as previous reviews just automated e-mail reply, thought being advertised on FB would be genuine however £33 down so will know in future!! Scammers!! Don't give them your money!!

Don't go near them. I placed an order via FB and have recived nothing - impossible to contact and I gather from other reviews that the products don't work if they DO arrive!

Purchased a ufo aircraft, would not charge did not work, been trying to get a reply where to send it to get a refund but all I get is automated replies.
I have asked the credit card company to get a refund, next stop trading standards.
The more people who do this the quicker they are shut.

I bought a hdtv antenna from this company I have been trying to contact them since 8.12.20 I have not had a response only automatic replies. The item does not work I cannot get a picture on my t.v. I have e mailed several times to ask for a refund. No response from prioud.

I bought an item off this company. It literally didn't last 5mins. I have tried several emails. Filled in their reply form and all you get is robotic replies. You cannot contact them by phone. A total rip off company

Scammers. Don't bother with them. Ordered a present for Christmas, it hasn't turned up. No response from them apart from automated stuff.

Very poor service. I ordered 4 mini ufo aircraft- 2 to go to NZ and 2 for UK at the beginning of December. No sign of the NZ order. The UK order arrived with one aircraft completely broken. The other one worked but was extremely flimsy. I have asked for details to return the broken one but have had no response and now don’t expect to after reading these reviews. A lesson learned!

Ordered a Mini UFO induction aircraft which came after 10 days when a shorter time was promised. The item did not work and I contacted for replacement/refund. All you get is an automated response. There is no telephone contact number. Do not order anything from this company.

Same experience as other reviews. No product, no response to emails. Ripped off, checking with the bank if they can issue a refund. Merry Christmas 🎄

Item has not arrived. Has not been received by courier either.
I have emailed, included order number/tracking number and the “inquiry code”. The email gets an automated reply requesting the information already supplied.
Just have to accept that I was duped!
Avoid at all costs.

Customer service was automated & therefore non-existent. Product did eventually arrive although I can't yet comment on its quality.

Absolutely scammers, ordered toy cancelled the order before it was shipped but was ignored. When it came it is flimsy and after apparently charging for 45 minutes will only work for 5 minutes. So cross with myself for buying something advertised on Facebook but because it seemed a UK website thought I was safe.

This company does not know what customer service is. Ordered items on 3 December, since then no delivery, no reply to endless emails. Companies House says the company was established in November last year, with no information except one Director of Chinese origin.
Definitely dodgy in my opinion, now pursuing my credit card company to see if I can get a refund. Horrible experience in these times to come across someone who is just capitalising on the increase in online shopping and NOT being honourable at all. STAY AWAY is my advice.

Dont give them your money. They send no goods and dont reply to your emails. Scammers

Scammers dont supply. Had to go to Pay Pal to get money back.
