I’ve been familiar with Prism+ since my days in Singapore, where I used the TVs in my security command centre. I am very happy with the monitor I bought, it does the job and makes things a lot easier due to its size.

I recently purchased the Prism+ M65. I found navigating the website and selections to be easy and straightforward. The amount of information on the site was moderate and informative regarding the product and specifics.
Available purchasing methods were good to see available instead of only credit/visa card. The checkout process was easy to follow.
Prism+ and their chosen this party delivery service kept me up to date on the delivery process which was fantastic.
I'm loving the TV's ease of use and features. I use mine primarily for streaming and gaming and the different picture modes and 144hz refresh rate is very nice. No complaints and loving it so far. Next is to get myself a soundbar to match.

Contacted customer service regarding required amps to drive the screen at 12V and they answered my queries perfectly, so I made the purchase of F270i Pro.
Expectations were low given the price, but I have been blown away by the performance, quality and power consumption of the screen.
It's an absolute ripper and just juicy smooth at 180hz for gaming.
Prism actually followed up post-sale; hard to believe in this day and age.
Super fast shipping, great price and feature combo - pretty much unbeatable value proposition.
I'll definitely look at prism plus next time I need a screen, and recommend them to friends and family. Great experience.

We bought the Symphony Sound Bar on July 2023. The sound bar has always been connected to our TV via HDMI Arc and protected via a surge protector.
Fast forwarding 2 years, the sound bar recently started to stutter intermittently. Given that it has also went past the 1 year warranty, Prism+ will not assist in the repair/replacement.
This is an expensive lesson as this Soundbar costs over $600 AUD, which only lasted for 2 years.
I do not recommend this product and will look elsewhere.

When I encountered an issue with connecting my X340 PRO EVO monitor to a monitor arm, their support team (Kenneth and Erika) was incredibly responsive and helpful. Flash sales all provide the discount on the face of it but no where does it say that it's 1 per sale/purchase. Also during checkout it drops off the sale altogether. Contact support they offered for me to buy another item straight away during a non flash period but wouldn't credit me the discount on the original purchase or what the total discount should have been if I was expecting the 30 to 70% off during the flash sale due to their lack of transparency
Bought a PG400U PRO for $799 dollars and was happy with the monitor for a week until it started flickering. The screen would flicker after 30 minutes of use since then and had to provide video evidence of this occurring on both my laptop and desktop as my laptop was first blamed.
Since I work from home, I lost my trust in their poor product and requested for a refund which was denied. After going through with ACCC and 3 weeks of back and forth, a refund was finally accepted but I didn't have the original box then.
I ordered a 43 inch Samsung smart monitor from Harvey Norman and packed the Prism+ monitor in that box and made sure I took all the pictures of both the monitor and box to be in perfect physical condition before posting it off.
My 1 star review until now is not showing on their website so this is a very dodge business. Luckily I got the refund though in the background ACCC did not want to be involved.
Lesson learned, buy only a from a reputable brand and best to stick with a bricks and mortar shop instead of buying from shady online businesses. No issues with Samsung yet and it's been more than a year now.
