From estimate to completion of our bathroom refurb Pritchards have been a pleasure to work with. Jake is extremely professional, in terms of the quality of his and his team's work, his communication and the respect he paid our home - always keeping the working area clean and tidy. This was a challenging refurb because of the age of the property and issues we had with the supply of some materials, but Pritchards found a solution to all of these and were flexible when problems arose. We couldn't recommend them more.

Jake went out of his way to prioritise a visit to resolve our leak.
He attended the next day, very respectful of our home.
Diagnosed the problem quickly, worked in a clean and tidy manner. He replaced all the cistern parts and tided up leaving the bathroom A1, all in 1 hour.

We had a leak in our kitchen. Jake came out promptly to fix it. He was knowledgeable, resourceful (tricky problem) and thorough. Fixed everything and left it all clean and tidy - worked that way too. We were so happy with his work, we booked him to replace our bathroom taps. Jake and Kevin did a fantastic job, again. Highly recommend.

We needed a new sink in the downstairs cloakroom. Pritchards removed the old sink without damaging any surrounding tiles. The new sink is installed perfectly and very neatly.

We have recently used Jake and his team for emergency call-outs and on-going maintenance for our decidedly dodgy plumbing system. On all occasions the service we have received has been prompt, professional and really friendly. They always let us know what is going on, the costs and how long things are likely to take. A template for how a company should be run.

Jake and his team have refitted two of our bathrooms and converted a downstairs office in to a wet room and toilet. He also deals with all our boiler megaflo and water softener requirements. Pritchard’s are professional, reliable, respectful and fairly priced. Personally, we wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Jake is our go to person for all of our plumbing needs - from little to big jobs. We have just had a new en-suite fitted and it’s fab - like posh hotel! Jake keeps you posted with who is coming when to do what job throughout the process. All his colleagues are great - getting on with the job and making suggestions when decisions need to be made. Jake went out of his way to help fit new valve and thermostat as well as check that my heating was working properly across an infinitely difficult and busy time for him and me. Not only is his work excellent but it is the amiable way he goes about his work and “old school” customer service that is most refreshing.
