after having the first half of my adult autism assesment with Junut I felt so at ease, i felt she truly listened to me and saw all of my views and I felt very seen. admin are brilliant and always reply very quickly and the process is very stress free which is amazing.

This doctor had he's license removed and run away from the UK to Dubai. Please don't trust him or he's staff. He only cares for money not people. He's staff are also highly unreliable. Dr Pav hires staff from India and South Africa who pretend to be in the UK. Why would a wealthy doctor need to to that ,hes also a slave driver expecting people to work 24 7 without hardly any pay he's currently under investigation. Please don't trust him or he's staff!

Good communication and follow up. When I did not receive a reply email due to unknown issues, after a call to the office a Dr called me and dealt with my issues directly.
Helpful, empathetic and efficient.

Within 1 month we received a diagnosis which was fabulous. Being able to skip a 5 year wait by using other routes was a godsend. I will say, I felt quite invalidated by the DR. However, I do understand he had to display a moderate level of scepticism due to the vast difference in our school vs home score, we had the further QB test which proved exactly why as my daughter masks very well, I highly recommend going for the QB test alongside the original questionnaires, particularly if you have a young girl who explodes at home. For me. It validated both the schools report and my own.

The admin team were brilliant the whole way through and answered any questions I had within a day, I'm so grateful that we chose this route.

I was taken seriously! Even though I am elderly, my concerns were accepted. The experience was reassuring.
The only downside was that I had to chase the report after several weeks. This caused anxiety and concern that I had been overlooked.
All staff were polite and friendly and made me feel
comfortable.

Disappointing service for various reasons:

1) the psychiatrist was late to the online appointment ; 10 minutes after the agreed start time I was still waiting with no communication to say he was running late. Eventually I ended the call and called the company number to complain and request a refund then the call was haphazardly arranged for an hour later. Unprofessional.

2) I found the psychiatrist himself quite dismissive and disinterested during the assessment

3) on the official report my first name was consistently spelt wrong despite me having to fill out copious documents beforehand with my personal details.

4) The company asked ME for my permission to send on the official report to my GP to which I said yes. A few months later I called my GP to ask if they had received the report and they had not. Therefore, I had to call the company and chase this.

Overall, very disappointed with the unprofessional, unorganised service I received considering I paid a substantial amount of money. I would not recommend this company at all.

Thought it could be a scam, was pleasantly surprised when DSA and my University provided me the support I needed after submitting the diagnosis form for my ADHD.

Dr Jitendra was more than accommodating throughout. I recommend PrivateADHD to students in particular, especially if you require additional support in your studies.

I was really nervous about choosing an online provider and about some of the negative reviews left but I decided to go ahead with this company anyway as I really needed a quick assessment and prompt treatment to help with my symptoms.

I have to say, from start to finish, they have been great!

All communications are prompt, booking of all appointments are quick with no more than a few days wait for each one. This is from the initial assessment to the medication reviews for ordering more meds. The prescribers in the medication review appointments have also been great and answered all my questions! Prescriptions sent out to my home address the next day after the review!

What is particularly convenient is all of these appointments have been available outside of standard work hours (9-5) so I haven't had to take any time off work to attend these appointments (and they are all online) - something which is particularly helpful for me!

I am now on meds (one month in) and in the titration phase and WOW what a difference they have made! I honestly didn't think the difference would be so significant but I noticed the benefits immediately. I'm really glad I went down this route as I was sceptical for some time but it's honestly made a world of difference to me and made life feel so much easier!

Really easy company to work with for assessment and further support. Big shout out to Anna Ridgen who was so flexible, supportive and personable and really focussed on my needs and outcomes.

Quick turnaround, friendly service. Only downside were a couple of errors in my report but these were quickly rectified when pointed out

We had a fantastic service from start to end. I had many questions beforehand and every effort was made to answer them and get back to me in a timely manner. The assessment itself was carried out with empathy and understanding and Dr Devendra was very child focused with our son, which we felt was so valuable given he was nervous about the assessment.

I sought out an ADHD assessment. They were very quick to respond after my initial inquiry. They also found me an appointment very soon after that. The doctor that I spoke with during my consultation was very easy to talk to. They made me feel seen & understood. The report I received afterwards was very comprehensive. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my experience. 100% would recommend.

I decided to get a private ADHD assessment like so many others because I did not want to wait years. I found privateadhd.co.uk and was immediately sceptical—the cost for an assessment and subsequent assessments was a lot cheaper than some alternatives.

I investigated the company and a few of the clinicians, who were all real, established, and GMC approved. I asked for an appointment, and was told I'd be contacted soon to arrange one, likely in the next three days. About four or five had passed when I decided to chase them up. I got an appointment arranged the same day. They sent an invoice and a link, and I paid £590 for an assessment, cautiously using a credit card for Section 75 protection.

Once it was time for my assessment, it took around an hour, and I spoke to someone who was very assuring and made me feel comfortable to discuss the intimate aspects involved in an ADHD assessment. By the end, I was diagnosed, and within four days I received my written assessment and diagnosis.

I then paid £150 for a medication appointment, where we discussed using Elvanse. I was sent a prescription, and received the medication for £87.

There were a few times I had to contact the administration due to errors—incorrect addresses or incorrect passwords used for locked PDF files. But the response was always quick.

If you have the funds, I would recommend this website. But I want to emphasise that this is still very expensive, despite its relative affordability. I have spent £826 thus far, and will likely have to spend a further ~£470, until my dose is stable, and I have a shared care agreement with my GP.

I chose Private ADHD having made online investigations as to the best people to go to for an Autism assessment. They responded to my application swiftly and efficiently.
I completed the questionnaires they sent me and they responded promptly with suggested dates for face to face (online by video call) consultation. I asked for a weekend appointment if possible as I am at work all week. This they were able to do, for which I was very grateful.
I had consultations with Psychologist Anna Rigden and Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Nigel Tunstall. Anna Rigden in particular was very kind, encouraging, empathetic and a pleasure to work with. Nigel Tunstall was rather more combative but that was okay. Part of the process I suppose.
I have no hesitation in recommending Private ADHD for Autism and ADHD assessment. Indeed I plan to contact them again, this time for an ADHD assessment, for I have the traits.
Bit of 'housekeeping' - if you are put off by the price of the consultations Private ADHD give the option of paying in instalments, which is what I did. I have a modest job with the NHS and money is always an issue.

My daughter recently had a private autism assessment with Cheltenham Oxford Psychiatrists, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As a parent, the process can feel overwhelming and emotional, but it felt calm, supportive, and reassuring.
From the very first enquiry, communication was clear, appointments were easy to organise, and we always felt informed about what to expect. Most importantly, my daughter was treated with patience, and understanding.
The clinician had such a gentle, thoughtful approach and took the time to really get to know my daughter's challenges, strengths, personality, and unique way of seeing the world.
The assessment itself was thorough but not rushed and they explained everything to me in a way that was both clear and compassionate. As a mum, seeing that level of care made all the difference.
The final insights and results were invaluable and received in very good time.
I would recommend their service to any parent seeking an autism assessment for their child. It was an excellent experience and brought us so much reassurance.

Prompt responses, I was offered an online appointment really quickly and have no complaints about the experience.
Some of the assement forms feel a little restrictive in responses - i.e. there's little room for a "in some cases but not all" where the "sometimes" option doesn't really feel appropriate, but it's not much of an issue. My informant also fedback that they didn't like the form - too much black and white with little room for nuance.

Overall positive, just a couple of points to raise.

From the start of filling in the form to enquire until the last email all the staff have been amazing. They are polite, take care of your needs and communication is efficient, quick responses.
