They were absolutely fantastic! The fact that they open on a Saturday is a huge help, the price was good. We went with 2 children who were nervous about having an injection, the dr really put them at ease, he was so relaxed, professional, personable and totally under stood what would calm the kids, it was a relaxed, calm and comfortable experience and we would not go anywhere else in the future

They were responsive
They were responsive, courteous and ultimately very helpful. There was a bit of a wait initially on the phone to reach someone, but nothing compared to the hold times in the US. The doctor was punctual, helpful and very professional. The cost was reasonable. I was experiencing considerable stress around the need to obtain a specific prescription and they made the process smooth. I would recommend them to travelers from abroad who find themselves in need of non emergent, yet necessary medical care.

Efficient service
The doctor I spoke to was lovely, caring and was thorough. Ensuring he understood what my illness was and provided the correct treatment. The doctor understood the urgency of the illness and my worries. Was a swift efficient process and was seen before my appointment time. Thank you.

I had a same day vaccination
appointment in Birmingham clinic and the whole process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I was seen promptly, received clear information about the vaccine, and the appointment was completed without any issues. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received. After weeks of going back and forth with my GP and getting nowhere, I decided to try a private consultation.

Booking was easy and friendly. The clinician was helpful and informative.
However in the middle of my appointment there was a knock on the door and the male receptionist opened it just as I was being injected!

Had to drive 35 mins yo make this appointment. I received a text while I was driving at 9:35 (appointment was 10am) yo say my appointment was cancelled due to no doctors. I can’t believe how unprofessional this is. I paid to park my car also 😡

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience ! Dr Jorge was so helpful, professional and really listened to me. I picked up my medication for my chest infection this morning and have already started to feel better than I did yesterday. I will use this service rather than seeing my local doctor. Super grateful, perfect service
Super grateful, literally what you want when you’re paying money for this.
Very quick telephone appointment availability (less than half an hour from booking), Dr Khela was very kind, respectful and reassuring. I received a detailed and written follow up, and a free follow up call. The doctor was understanding and not dismissive of my questions and concerns as my NHS GP would be. It costs money, but you get a great run for your money here and totally recommend this place, because when you’re unwell you need to be taken care of.
