try to avoid if you can
I would give one star if I could. PPG send out prescriptions but they default to their choice of courier, DPD who in turn claimed I was out and could not sign for a parcel when I was in. PPG don't deserve the contract they have. You'd think when mistakes are made that going to another courier would be logical? Not if you are PPG. I do not hold out hope for my next prescription arriving. I had tried to deal with the situation but PPG's "super-intendant pharmacist", Daniel Gilbert did not want to speak to me. He'd been "in meetings" for at least two weeks. Eventually I was allowed a delivery c/o Royal Mail but only as a one off! Joke of a company.
