Top notch quality

I’ve ordered almost 20 pair from Prive Revaux and I’m a very satisfied customer. The quality and price are on point. I’ve received all of my glasses timely and I’ve had only one pair of shades break. I’ve gone to sleep with Readers numerous times and they don’t break. They are my go-to for Readers and shades.

Customer service so unhelpful

Recently bought a pair of their sunglasses as a Christmas present for my wife. I accidentally ordered the wrong pair, and did so about five weeks before Christmas to make sure they'd ship on time. Three days outside of their 30 day return window I requested help from their customer service team about exchanging them for another pair and had to email and chat them on three separate occasions to get the robotic reply that since it's outside of the return window they can't do anything. Seems to be tone deaf customer service and a lack of common sense. Will never purchase from them again.

Great customer service

I did not like the glasses (that’s a personal problem though, not necessarily quality) but the customer service was great! The ordering was easy, getting hold of an agent was easy, and figuring out a return was easy

Quality a notch above drug store glasses but truly abysmal customer service

The glasses are a step up from Target level readers and sunglasses, but still quite reasonably priced. I've bought 4 pair and they often have BOGO sales.
HOWEVER, hope that there is not a problem with the order because their customer service: Is. The. Worst.
Zero phone availability. "Live chat" goes to email no matter the time. I just counted and it took 14 emails to them to try unsuccessfully to get an exchange on a wrong color they sent. I'm surprised that a celeb like Jamie Foxx would attach his name to such a poorly operated "company" that's basically a heavily marketed "buy cheap glasses from China, slap a label on and buy a bunch of online ads" hustle.

ZEELOOL over America’s Best Eyeglasses and Contacts.

I can’t believe I am going to write this review, and actually post it. I hope that my review will help someone else save their coins or better yet maximize their savings.

In February 2022 I received my privé revaux glasses, by June I was exchanging them because they frame split. I kid you not, a perfect split on both sides, causing my lens to fall out. I take them in to America’s Best and wait to be called to pick up my replacement. They didn’t call me, I had to chase them down. But it’s to be expected from the location in Summerwood. Fast forward to November 2022, my glasses break again in the same exact place as the original pair. I reach out the Privé Revaux directly and their response is, “we have no affiliation with 3rd party vendors, ie America’s Best (AB). To reach out to them.” I did of course, but my warranty replacement was used on the original replacement, and there’s nothing they can do except have me talk to a manager. After growing tired of chasing someone around to take accountability, I finally decided to check out ZEELOOL. I am so glad I did. I paid $230+ for 1 pair of glasses at AB, including the use of my insurance benefits, while at ZEELOOL for 2 pair with the thinnest lens and transition, scratch proof and much more for $180 including shipping and no insurance. I ordered the glasses on Sunday night and received them the following Saturday. Both pair are sturdy, stylish and durable!

THE WORST

This is by far one of the worst companies when it comes to shipping. HOLY CRAP are they horrible, no tracking for the first 4 days after I placed the order, then tracking finally shows up, it gets shipped to Florida, goes to Orlando, Clearwater, Seminole, Clearwater, Seminole now their somehow in Jacksonville, mind you I live in Clearwater. This is not an exaggeration or hyperbole. DO yourself a favor and NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

No complaints

I ordered 4 pairs, reading sunglasses, bluelightglasses and 2 sunglasses. It took a little less than a month to get to europe, which is ok. Customer service responded quickly and was helpful. It was very safely packaged and the quality seems good so far.

Placed and order and paid for next day…

Placed and order and paid for next day shipping on a Thursday and won’t get me package until Monday. That doesn’t seem like next day shipping. 👎🏾👎🏾 For this company, very disappointed.!

Do Not buy Prive Revaux Sunglasses

Do Not buy Prive Revaux Sunglasses. I purchased 2 pairs and when I received them they fit my face horribly. When I asked for refund information, I was told that 1 pair was non-refundable. NOWHERE was it stated that this pair was non-refundable. In addition, they were charging me more tax and shipping to return them than I paid so essentially getting less than HALF credit to return the 1 pair. When I reached out to customer service, they were completely useless and did nothing to address or resolve my issues. They made references to their website refunds policies but never addressed the issue of the glasses that were NOW Non-refundable. Thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer support and zero resolution and now I am stuck with $60 worth of glasses I will not wear.

Almost scam level

I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my order so far and the tracking number they gave me doesn’t work. I’ve reached out 4-5x. They keep giving me the run-around saying they’re looking into it. I can only get them through email. Their phone line goes to voicemail. I left a msg 3 weeks ago and no one has called back. Terrible service. Think Jamie Foxx knows how bad they’re running this company??

Purchased a pair of sunglasses…

Purchased a pair of sunglasses connoisseur. Nose pads fell off. Called company and no help offered. Would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible service . won't call back! Get someone with barking dogs that can't do anything. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Horrible quality glasses - Don't buy!

I have bought 3 pairs of blue light reading glasses from Prive Revaux. I really liked the first pair but the frames were cheaply made and broke after a couple of months. The other two pairs had lenses that required me to sit within 12 inches of my laptop screen - talk about impractical. They obviously didn't make the lenses correctly but won't do anything about it. Luckily I bought the last two pairs on clearance so I didn't pay much for them.

Never got my glasses and bad customer service

I ordered a pair of blue light glasses from Privé and was very excited to receive it. When I checked the shipping status weeks later I saw that it had supposedly already been delivered to my apartment. However, when I asked my front desk if they received the item (they keep very detailed notes), they said they had not. I contacted Privé to let them know I did not receive these glasses. They emailed back that the postal service tracking said it had arrived to my place, so there was nothing they could do about it. While I understand it might not be Privé's fault that it did not arrive, it is also not my fault it did not arrive. Yet there was not sympathy or effort to help on their end. It seems unfortunate that a popular company like this would treat a customer in such an unprofessional way. Just be careful when you order and pray that it doesn't get lost in the mail because Privé sure won't be there to have your back.
