I had several bank and account cards where my son and I were on them together. I made the mistake of using an account where my son’s name was the primary because You just pick the ending card/bank numbers and go from there. So they took the $25.00 deposit on the account in question but when I won and went to withdraw they flagged me for fraud because the names didn’t match. Ok I can take a reprimand, no problem. Nope! They make you text EVERYTHING, no conversation with a human. So I had to try to express my situation to 30-40 different “agents”, which they would pass me off to a new agent every 10-15 mins into the conversation because they needed to “move on”. I’d then wait an hour maybe two for them to reply and then they pass me off again. They would stop communicating so I’d have to start another thread, they’d then start back up with someone new and go until like 1am on a weekday. Then they wanted me to send them my sons license since the card or bank account was in his name to which I said no because at this point take your money you scammers I just want my information erased from your data base. you can’t change, delete or otherwise erase any information on the account for 90 days after you open it so don’t screw it up! I thiugtt he is just change the payment card to the correct one and move on… NOPE! I tried to have them just delete it, delete the bank information and start over, NOPE!!! they are now saying I’m “abusive” to their staff and I’m being investigated for fraud. But I need to resend my license to them so they can make sure I’m the one making the appeal to keep my account! I’m not, I don’t want this account, I don’t care anymore. It’s funny I could put IN the money, no ID no flag for it being the “incorrect” name on the account when I gave them the money it’s when you go to withdraw it becomes a problem. Watch out for this so-called company, it’s not legitimate.

Theft! Somebody is using my bank card to purchase $108 I contacted support and that was a freaking waste of time! They don’t even try to figure out what is going on but want more of my personal info which I won’t give them!I have never purchased on this site somebody is using my debit card all they keep saying is I need to get verified to help me! Why would I do that is somebody is already using my account!

customer service are smart ass and considerate unprofessional. I could go on and on don’t refer people because you won’t get your bonus. And they’re gonna just tell you some smart ass comment about it instead of actually being helpful all these companies want your money but when something happens that you know is it right they never give you anything back.

Prizepicks used to be a fun betting site. However, having to use discount props in a flex instead of a two man is crazy. You win some & you lose some, but PrizePicks and the rule changes, location problems,deposit errors etc has become a joke & I have canceled my account for other platforms.

They do not cancel bets if your player is inactive. You only get 5 minutes to cancel a bet if your player is inactive. Check this out with any other provider

They take to long to send your money after you win it. It shouldn't take this long for a couple of dollars I hate to win $100 hundreds of dollars they probably take a month to pay you. If you can don't use this app one of the worst around. I am done never again you should not have to wait 20 hours for your money

I used my girlfriend phone & texted her my link to sign up, I went through, helped my girl fill out everything using my link, I even used my debit card to put money on it, they said I never used the link! The switched picks & when I took it to their attention the said “the game already started” duh customer service didn’t answer the message until 3 hours later, I have the screenshot! Also the demons makes no sense, they make it super hard to win. Trust me their odds suck and bets suck! I have almost 1 million followers on TikTok & twitter, I’m gonna leave my screenshot there for them to explain! Ban this company!!!

This company is a joke. I created the account and added my card for a deposit. They charge the money but told me that I couldn't use the debit I had on file. I tried another card to see if I can use another and it just repeated the same thing. I ask why the rep why they I couldn't use the card and they gave me some accuse of having issues with that bank. I ask for my money back and they said they will automatically refund my money. However it has been weeks and I don't the refund. I deleted the account now. I don't care about the refund anymore I will never use this platform again. Its a complete scam and a joke.

I’m telling you right now do not use this company or their app you were going to lose money in a fraudulent way they consistently post false advertisement such as the recent competition that I won where I was supposed to receive a share of $500,000 with other winners and we all receive nothing more than $5 dollars each. They would not provide proof of how many people won or anything at all. Other times when you are supposed to be receiving a certain amount if you win a bet, the amount will change after winning? STAY AWAY

Do not go for this please do not be persuaded by their lies. They took $5000 off my old man persuading him in making a difference in his business. Horrible horrible people.

Just like others are posting, Prize Picks stole the money in my account due to misuse of my account, without any discussion. They don't answer support emails, they don't answer chats, and they don't provide a customer service line to call and speak to a real person about the issue. very unprofessional company, and a class action lawsuit should be started.

PrizePicks is a complete scam. They locked me out of my account for no reason, with money still inside, and their so-called “customer service” is a joke. There’s no live chat, no phone support—just emails that they ignore or send generic responses to. It’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing and make it nearly impossible to get your money back.

I’m not the only one—there are plenty of stories of people getting locked out for no reason while PrizePicks holds their funds hostage. They’ll let you deposit and play, but the moment you try to withdraw or something goes wrong, good luck ever getting a real answer.

Stay far away from this shady company unless you want to risk losing your money with zero accountability. There are much better alternatives out there.

Today I went to through the app to withdraw funds that I have played through.

I went to "Request Withdrawal" and was prompted to add my bank account, so I did.

After going through the process of adding my bank account, I see that $100 was added to my balance, and now I do not meet the requirements to withdraw my money.

I went through customer service, including a supervisor, and they only keep repeating that I made a deposit and they cannot refund me and that I need to play through.

On top of this, I don't see any pending charges on my bank accounts, so this was clearly added by the app.

This feels like an outright scam. They've locked up funds by adding money to my balance and claiming that I made a deposit.

Still going back and forth with customer service, but they keep ignoring me and just repeating themselves.

Why at least once a week prize picks ask me to identify myself and cant get on now.

Absolute scammers.

I had an NBA parlay that was settled and paid out. The NBA had a stat correction causing the parlay to lose. Took the funds right out of the account... disgusting. No other site would do this, they would eat the cost.

Prize Picks is the worst betting app ever made. Customer service is horrible, takes forever and a day to get back to you and they do not honor there referral bonus. Under Dog is a way better betting app with wonderful customers service. They take care of problems that Prize Picks wouldn't even budge to help.

I won on the Super Bowl, requested a withdrawl of the winnings. Followed the prompts to connect my bank account and then they TOOK that money out of my bank account and deposited it into Prize Picks.
After waiting HOURS on hold with customer service they just denied that they did it and were no help.
