My bank rejected the first redemption attempt. I thought it was because of another deposit from a separate platform but no, payments from these guys are flagged across the board and so your financial institution believes them to be fraudulent. Ever since I made my second attempt to withdraw, it's been crickets. Can't get my redemption or my current that I been patiently waiting to redeem as well because the first one from September 22 is still pending. I sent a message to support and when I checked back many hours later, the message is gone. Plus the rumors are floating around that they have already ghosted all goatbet.io players, paying noone and keeping all funds left in anyone's account. Many complaints of people trying to redeem and having theirs rejected for no reason and even though they purchased their coins, they were all confiscate. Now All of prize riots sister sites, Luckyrush.io, goatbet.io, and fortunarush.io have ALL abruptly shut down within the past few days. All the sites say they are under maintenance but that's a lie. Classic signs of exit scamming and they'll just recycle the same sites, name them something else and come back to pull the same stunt all over again. This is exactly why states are against these platforms and exactly why they need to be legally banned. No where else can you just openly and intentionally steal from people and get away with it.

While prize riot has tried to create distance between its platform and the others, don't be fooled they are one in the same. I think their master plan was to ditch paying everyone on those sites and start over with this one and goatbet.io but for whatever reason it's not working out so now these already rich people think it's cool to just steal from everyone.
If you're waiting on money or even if you have played on any of their sites lately and lost, You should still immediately file for a chargeback because this is the exact definition of Consumer Fraud.

I would have gave a 5 star initially, I happened to win a good amount. They have not processed my redemption still and its been 3 days. Games were good and the welcome package was great, I will update this once I get my redemption.

Update: finally got paid a week after requesting a redemption. Support never gave me an update or responded. Luckily the money hit my account but it's hard to trust them since support is basically unreachable

Customer service is basically non existent, payouts are slow.

Been waiting a week and no progress or movement despite being KYC verified. Support is unresponsive and/or unreachable. I try to live chat, they say they either aren't there and message them, or someone responds there and claims they will "email you later" aka giving you the runaround.

They have no problem sending automated promo/sale emails and accepting your money, but when it comes time to pay out, they disappear.

Their Trustpilot reviews also appear fake (all 5 star, some not even about Prize Riot itself, misspellings, generic BS, but no actual reports about people being PAID!!!)

Fair and responsive to questions. Good selection of games.
