Really knowledgeable about smart homes/solar and all the associated options. When it came to install, very quick and prompt work.

Tesla wall mount install - Marcin and his two men team were brilliant. They arrived on time. They were extremely polite and discussed the install with me proper to starting the work. They did not go for the easy option, but the right option. They even trimmed a bush off for me so the install can take place at the correct location. And they did all this at a very fair and agreed price, on a rainy day. The job was very neat and it looks really nice.

Marcin ensured I can connect to the charger, explained everything in detail and explained the next steps. Really happy that I chose Pro Tek for the install and would recommend this to everyone.

The company were very busy but despite this were so helpful and able to fit in our assessment. Although our appointment had to be rescheduled several times ;I felt the communication and kindness demonstrated despite additional work pressure was very good. Marcin was highly professional and very skilled in his work. Our assessment could be seen to be non urgent and yet was followed through swiftly with prompts as best they could. My only suggestion would be to be sure of capacity when work is booked but well aware that other requirements may take precedence.

I had Michael install a home charger today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He did an absolutely fantastic job—everything was done neatly and efficiently. Michael was extremely friendly and kind throughout the process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I understood how to use the charger. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of electrical work. Five stars all the way!

Proteck were very professional, they responded quickly in all correspondence, they always arrived on time and on the correct day. They stayed late until our Loxone system was installed and working. The showed us how to work it by hand and on the app. Totally slick service

Pro Tech electrical installed a Rolec electric car charger for me. After some time the charger stopped working. We found out that it is full of water, which also penetrated the charging cable and filled the cables' socket with water.
They came to check the issue and when opened the box, the connection with the mains supply cable had melted.
I was then told that the Rolect unit is out of guarantee and their company guarantee is only for six months and is out of guarantee too.
They offered free installation service if i buy a new charging unit.
Clearly their engineer did not fit the unit properly and caused water penetration and melted connection which seems like a negligent work.
I have contacted them several times asking them to do the right thing and replace the unit without charge but had no response at all.
Not that they did a defective installation work, but allowing water into a sealed IP rated charging unit is extremely dangerous and i recon we are lucky that it did not result with fatal consequences.
If you are using this company, bear in mind also that their guarantee is only for 6 months, and they do not comeback to fix a what seem to be a very botched job after six months!

Incredible service from Pro-Tek, from consultation to installation to in life. With the solar panels installed on the roof and battery in place in the garage, this is the best cost saving and environmentally saving support on the market. And being able to integrate all of this with the Tesla charger is super. Please, beware of those who say they can offer cheaper. Pro-Tek offered the best service I could wish for.

I have been working with this company for several years always on complete rewiring of flats. It has always been a pleasure to work with these people. I wanted to thank you, and especially Michael who fitted our Tesla Home Charger, for the exemplary work he did. Michael was early to site, was very polite, knowledgeable, and considerate to ensure we had everything just as we wanted it. He worked very hard all day and his standard of workmanship was outstanding. The area where he worked and excavated for the post and cable run was reinstated so you wouldn’t know any work have been done at all! This young man is a credit to your business and my wife and I are thrilled with the outcome.

Good communication and good work, although a bit more money then others, you get what you pay for, the work is to a very high standard and safe and clean, the staff are very courteous. Would highly recommend using this company.
