I used the online quotation service to get a quotation on some bespoke sized dovetail drawers. I thought that this was fairly self explanatory and easy to go through. The response with the quotation was swift and listed exactly what I was purchasing explaining any discrepancies. Lead time was clear and kept to.

We had a request for bespoke items in ASH and the level of detail of advice which was given was very much helpful. We were requested to confirm the design in form of drawings so both sides understood the request. When the items came they were delivered exactly as requested.

The drawer that i ordered came exactly as we wanted it, well made in very good condition, we fell we had value for the money and we will use Probox again.
