Everything from the start of my ecommerce project till the end was smooth. I had a couple of on call meeting with the agent at ProByte and they were nice enough to update me on everything regarding my work. This is my first time working with ProByte and they were pretty good with their job.
I'd like to start by saying that their support department is very prompt. ProByte has been managing my ecommerce store for the past 2 years and there have been some situations where I had technical difficulties on my website and their support team was quick to resolve my issue (within 2 hours). For me, time is precious as I have sales ads running all day and website downtime is detrimental to my business. I like their quick response and what I like most about Probyte is their controlled work model where they frequently check my ecommerce site for bugs and server lags. This greatly helps my systems stay up to date. They've also been updating my product pictures to optimize the site further and all of that is on auto-mode with them. I get more time to focus on my core business activities and the technical system and setups are on their end.
I hired ProByte 5 months ago for technical consultation on my jewelry business. I wanted a secure system that would lock my jewelry containers and I can access them through my cell phone. I wanted the system to be end-to-end encrypted and non-accessible for anyone but me. They added multiple verification features on the app and I can easily open my jewelry containers through my Wifi and retina scan. This feature is very helpful and Probyte's team incorporated my security system idealogy perfectly! The entire system was created and implemented on my store, cell phone and desktop computer in 5 months! Their quoted time was the shortest amonst others and that's why I went with Probyte's services. My experience has been very smooth and everything happenend seamlessly with minimum involvement from my end. The only time they reached out to me was when they wanted to implement their system on my store and on my cell phone. Well executed, well planned.
