Excellent service from start to finish. They were helpful via email and phone and with my questions when booking. The driver turned up on time and was very helpful and accommodating. We used one of the toddler seats and this was clean and in place. Highly recommend and will use again.

I arranged a taxi pick up from Heathrow airport for my family of 2 adults and 2 children, requesting in advance, child seats for my two young children (4 and 6 years).

On arriving at the car, the child seats were present, however there was very little room for me to sit in between them. The driver (Gabriela) claimed that adults had sat between the seats before, however given I am a slim 5' 5" woman and could not fit, this seems unlikely. She tried to adjust the child seats, but could not, so I was forced to sit, painfully squashed, between the two seats in the middle seat of the Mercedes saloon. This is obviously dangerous and uncomfortable for me, but also meant that the two child seats were pushed out slightly, so in an accident, would not have provided the same protection.

Gabriela tried to tell my husband and I that we didn't need a car seat for my 6 year old as taxi regulations are different from private cars. This may be true, but in the event of a car crash (we were travelling at speed home on the M25), that would provide very little comfort!

I made it clear that had it not been for the late hour and travelling with exhausted children, we would not have got in the car. I have received no contact or apology from ProCars since the journey, and consider their actions in sending an unsuitable car / child seat combination and the driver's lack of concern for passenger safety, to be appalling.

Recently I travel with Pro Cars Woking taxi service, and my experience was fantastic.

I received a text confirmation of my booking 10minutes after.

Driver arrived on time with a clean car, smelling fresh inside and and with complimentary bottles of water inside.
Was friendly and professional.

The price was reasonable for my airport taxi journey to Heathrow airport on out going, and for the return pick up, I received a text message after landing and meet the driver easily.
