Good fast accurate advice from sales person Prompt delivery

The Prodigg products are beautiful, however the long lead time for products is a challenge for both job scheduling and project cash flow.

Great sales advice and service, very easy to place order, very nice and helpful delivery. We ordered our claw foot bath and bathroom vanity and highly recommend the Prodigg team.

I ordered a vanity over a month ago now, and have still not received the product. I was told after ordering that there would be ‘minimal’ delay, and have had to make a number of follow up phone calls to figure out the status of my order. I am still in the process of searching for it, as the courier company and Prodigg seem to be back and forth about when it might be shipped from the warehouse with no estimate of arrival. So if you are running to a time frame or want to receive updates on your product I would not advise ordering from here.

Still waiting for items ordered after two weeks with no idea when I will receive the items. Was indicated that would have them withing the 5 working days

Product is Good. Took while longer than they mentioned. Delivery charges are very high.

I was sent the wrong colour and it will three months before the item is picked up and new one sent and I paid for the item on ordering

Ordered on line . Emergency as husband returning home from hospital as disabled . Needed to build bathroom downstairs ASAP. . Ordered in stock only on 15/6 assured by sales person that stock would be in warehouse 18/6. Delivered at latest 23/6.
Phoned on 23/6 to be told stock has not arrived & could only deliver 1 out of 5 products . No communication before hand to warn me I would not get stock . Now emailed to ask for tax invoice for the 1 product ( vanity ) & have no reply . Also refund will take 7-10 days . Unhappy customer !

I recently bought a stone bathtub from Prodigg and had it shipped from Sydney to the Gold Coast. Jami-lee at Prodigg was very available and helpful via online chat and over the phone when I was choosing the tub and had good suggestions which really helped me make a confident decision. There was some difficulties during shipping (not Prodigg's fault) but Chloe and Ray from Transcoast Transport were there during the whole process and I always felt confident that they had my back. The tub arrived this morning! Prodigg is a really good company to deal with.

Good product, great service, was delivered promptly

Really disappointing service. Products purchased online, then advised 5 days later that they weren’t actually available after all, but on back order with 6 week lead time. Items in stock were then not delivered within the timeframe promised. When I then followed up again, I was told they forgot to dispatch them and couldn’t get a courier for another 5 days. I still haven’t received delivery or tracking info as promised, nor a response to further follow up more than 2 weeks after ordering. At best, goods will be received 3 weeks after ordering. Order in advance if you choose to purchase from this company.

Chloe was really great to deal with, calm and accommodating when our tight schedule dictated immediate warehouse/supplier action. Great product and service. Allow 1.5-3 weeks delivery.

Delivery of a vanity unit was fast with no issues. The quality of the vanity unit and basin is very good.
