Ordered 2 basins to be told only one was in stock. I needed two so I asked for a refund. It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered and still no refund !!!

Purchasing online through Prodigg was so simple and easy. My product arrived in perfect condition and very quickly! Due to my work, I kept calling Prodigg out of their business hours and always received a call back the next day. Would recommend Prodigg to anybody who is in the market for fantastic service!

Six months and I'm still waiting for my vanity unit after paying nearly $400 for it, in the last week I've called customer service 3 times looking for answers... no one has gotten back to me.

On 28th November 2019 I emailed Prodigg to check how I could advise which numbers and colours I wanted to order when placing an order from their website. I was advised I could leave them in the order notes. On 29th November I ordered two terracotta house numbers from their website and advised our colour and number choices from the options available there. On 18th December I received an email saying they had been trying to call me (they didn't leave me a voicemail or SMS) as they needed to know my colour choice, and providing a different (incorrect) swatch of colours for me to choose from. I replied, but never heard back. I replied again and was asked again to choose from the incorrect colour swatch. I gave up and ordered elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable and likeable staff with a good sense of humour made it a delight to purchase some beautiful bathroom accessories.

Friendly service - able to see the product and a decent warranty

I was told I would receive goods in 5 days. The tracking on the order did not work at all and trying to speak to customer service was almost impossible. You just go to a call centre and no one gets back to you.
16 days later and the items still aren’t here but they are already asking me to review my experience!

The package arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged.
It was what I had ordered (great news after quite different experiences with purchases from China etc).
Only glitch was that I expected the unit to include a plug and washer but that was probably my fault anyway
