HELP!
Idk if there’s only one person working at the pro direct sport in the US, but they have really crappy customer support services they don’t get back to you at all! this is the first time ever I’ve had a bad experience with a “big company with a 4.5 reviews” I see amazing reviews but when it comes to some of us customers we get the worst service! Delay processing, poor customer support, they hold back our response because they process there stuff unprofessionally. It’s been almost two week they still haven’t processed my shoes I feel like I was scammed they for sure took my money right away! No one has responded to my email can someone please help me! I have a big race coming up!
