Prodos ran an Alien V Predator kickstarter

They took our money they then produced the product that we had been promised.

They then SOLD it at retail and sent the kickstarter backers nothing as it occurred to them they could make the double the money by basically selling one lot of stock twice.

Complaints made to Kickstarter.com were ignored, they just said sometimes kickstarters fail. I get that but this did not fail, the product was made and sold twice!!!

If you were not a part of this kickstarter you probably think i am making this up as it sounds too bad to be real. Sorry but it is real.

Don't order from them direct. Get a gaming store to order stuff for you and pay when it actually arrives.

Where to even start? You invest money with them, they refuse to ship what you helped fund thus breaking their legal agreement. You try to get a refund, they ignore you on purpose, blocking you, threatening to release your personal details in spite. You take them to court after waiting for over 3 YEARS to deliver and they are still ignorant of that fact, so you send in the bailiffs and gladly wash your hands of them. They claim they can't afford shipping yet are moving to an office in New York. Their record is now legend: lies, deceit, illegal business practices, tax dodging, IP disputes, threats, a lack of understanding in basic English, products supplied not fit-for-purpose when rarely sent, hundreds of angry investors who have received nothing for helping start a company whose owner is the most incompetent clown you've ever met. Worst Company Ever: If you want to burn a pile of money then by all means, attempt to buy from them - but do not trust them! As you may tell; I like hundreds of others do not very much like Prodos Games Ltd. To even get started with them would result in several hundred points outlining why - suffice to say - it’s easier to say the only thing they are good at is theft. I encourage people to do a simple search for Prodos Games Alien Versus Predator KickStarter - and you will find a absolute avalanche of reasons not to touch this company with a barge pole - you may catch something nasty if you do! Overall, I’m most unhappy still waiting over 4 YEARS for my paid for £200 worth of items, which are still being happily sold by them in retail and at trade shows. Just look them up and don’t say I didn’t warn you if you risk making a purchase from owner Jarek and his merry band of p****s. Buyer beware!
