My rain water drain pipe had been blocked / very slow in draining away for years.. The pipe went straight underground with no gully or inspection cap. A builder sawed through the plastic downpipe to find it rock solid with vegetation. Darren was the second drains specialist to attempt to unblock the pipe. It took a whole lot of expertise and persistence even when the pipe undergound was broken into. It was full of roots but Darren and Jack put hours into clearing it and discovering where it exited and that there was another drain pipe that joined it. They had to dig up about 1.5 meters of brick patterned front garden before they were able to replace the main pipe and seal off the redundant extra pipe. They installed a new gully and even relaid the brick patterned garden space very well.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

In 2003, I had a drainage company round my house to fix a broken underground drain pipe.

In this month of July, I employed Pro Drain Ltd to carry out a CCTV survey of my gullies which they did in the most transparent, comprehensive and educational way. I know more about my drainage and associated issues. I am impressed with their service and communication through out. They will surely get the contract to carry out the repair work.

I booked an appointment with Pro Drain Limerick to clear 3 blockages in the house. They were extremely efficient, were very accommodating when I had to change the day they were originally due to call and gave me my choice of time for the following day. They are reasonably priced and one of the cheapest in Limerick having rung a few other places. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), had the blockages sorted in 20 minutes and couldn't have been friendlier or nicer. It was Keith who did the job in my house. I don't often take the time to write reviews but I can't speak highly enough of them.

Called Colm at 10.15 am on Friday, Jan. 6th, mobile answered promptly and he requires a brief outline of the problem. That done, he indicated he would respond as soon as he could once I gave him my address and post code, arrived at 1.30 pm and took 30 minutes to clear a serious blockage preventing the use of dish washer and washing machine for 4 days. Excellent service, with all the gear onboard to complete the solution. Would happily recommend Colm on 085 109 2102 to anybody in the Cork region.
