Had a fridge freezer delivered this morning, typical female didn't check the measurements beforehand.
Chris and Neth were amazing, so helpful. They did everything humanly possible to get my delivery done. Refused to give up, and despite me signing a waiver for any damage they persisted and got my fridge in without a single mark on it.
I wish all delivery people had this level of customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I had my fridge freezer.
Absolutely amazing guys. Thank you so much. If I could give more stars I would.

Lee G just delivered our new Bosch fridge freezer. He was punctual and well within the 2-hour delivery window. Lee was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. He insisted he didn’t want any help, brought the item down steps, removed packaging, which went back with him, located it in the kitchen and gave us time to fully check for any flaws (of which there were none).
When you buy a Bosch appliance you want the whole service to feel premium and Lee delivered a thoroughly professional service from the moment he arrived.
He’s a credit to the Product Care Group.

Iulian Murgulet was incredible!!! Arrived nice and early and the machine was fitted in no time with absolute. I can’t believe how efficient Wirk was. I’m very happy and grateful.

Delivery / installation of my new washing machine was bright & early.
Danny was quick & efficient, unpacking the new appliance, installing it & going through the commissioning sequence.
He then whisked the old, dead machine away. He was v friendly & helpful - warmly recommended.

Had another successful delivery by Product Care after buying from Costco. The communication is excellent from start to finish . Got a call from Lee G on the delivery morning to say he’d be forty minutes. Arrived , parked courteously, was really polite and professional, brought the dishwasher In and took the old one away. Just brilliant. Lee G is an excellent ambassador for the brand.

Communication great. Was given a time slot and then phoned a short while before delivery. Very efficient and helpful. Ryan Hill arrived with our drinks chiller - he was professional, helpful and friendly. This was after a day of driving around what seems like the whole of southern England and on his own. Then he faced another deliverance the long drive home. Despite this he was cheerful, positive and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy. Big thank you to Ryan and he gets gold Star of the week from us!!!
