I purchased the Weber Black Genesis Grill a few weeks ago, and I’m very impressed with its performance. The heat is distributed evenly, so everything cooks perfectly without constant monitoring. The large grilling area is great when cooking for family and friends, and the sear zone gives steaks an amazing finish. Cleanup is simple, and the overall build quality feels premium and durable. So far, it has exceeded my expectations and made outdoor cooking much more enjoyable.

Bought this for my kids and have been impressed with the quality. The trampoline feels sturdy, the safety enclosure is well designed, and the bounce is great. Overall, a solid purchase for our family.

The Tuff Stuff Alpha has been a great rooftop tent for my trips. It sets up in just a couple of minutes, making camping quick and hassle-free. The aerodynamic design helps while driving, and being able to keep bedding inside is a big convenience. It’s comfortable, practical, and well-built overall. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit bulky for some vehicle setups, but it’s still an excellent choice for easy and comfortable overlanding.

I ordered this band saw online for my home woodworking projects. The website was easy to use, and the checkout process was simple. My order arrived on time and was well packaged. After putting it together, I tested it on a few cuts and found it easy to work with. The machine feels sturdy and has been performing well so far. Overall, I'm happy with both the product and the service I received.

Scam website, ordered an E-Bike, they took payment straight away, no order number or email confirmation. They don't accept phone calls and my email bounced back, contacted them through the online chat to be promised a refund then continuously get blocked 🚫

Definitely a scam website , never had an order confirmation or item come after two weeks , thankfully PayPal refunded

I bought a Segway Ninebot Go-kart pro 2
On the first of May I have been waiting luckily I paid with PayPal and they haven’t took the money out but I don’t have a tracking number and when I put order number in their track my order section it did not come up

As many below have said, this company is highly likely to be scam. I received my order confirmation, the tracking number does not work. When contacting them via email the support email just bounces back. I've followed credit card procedures and emailed requesting a refund, in 15 days I can hopefully raise a proper case for a refund. It looked to good to be true and as suspected it was . I copied and pasted im exactly the same case

Total scam company. I ordered e bike I received only one message to e mail that it no contact no e mail reply no chat. Don’t buy anything from this company .

FRAUDS & SCAMMERS! AVOID!
Ordered an E bike from Proecolyte on 17 May 2026 - my usually reliable online security had given the website a "green tick" which should've meant it was safe. Since then, I have contacted Proecolyte by email, through the online account I registered at the time (so that I might check the progress of the delivery) & via their chat line. My email received no response: the online account has variously not recognised my email address, 11 days later still does not recognise my Order Number & has now blocked me; I have had what can only be described as generic responses from the chat line e.g. "orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days" & "delivery typically takes around 3-5 business days within the U.K.", which would be acceptable explanations but 11 days after ordering?

This morning, I checked my Credit Card online to find that the payment I had made to Proecolyte was shown as being paid to Saintechdesign.com. I've got no idea who Saintechdesign are let alone ordered anything from them! I can only assume that both Proecolyte & Saintechdesign are part of the same scam!

I made payment for this Order using my NatWest Credit Card & I am hopeful that they will refund my money through a Section 75 claim.

ORDERED A POOL..... Scam took money out of bank within 24 hours it didn't even show as pending. Payment was under Saintechdesign.com but the website was PROECOLYTE.
Phone number just rings on what's app +447848162557 I keep messaging on the website they have stopped messaging me. I've reported it for Fraud and currently try to get money back threw my bank Santander and i have cancelled my card and pin. WISH I HAD LOOKED THEM UP BEFORE.
