While the videos are educational, get ready for a fight when you are ready to cancel. I signed up for the 12 month contract. When the 12 months ended, I wanted to cancel my subscription. I encountered a lot of difficulty logging into the billing portion of the subscription. I could easily watch the videos, but couldn’t manage my billing. As it turns out, a separate account was needed to do this. However, in order to actually cancel your subscription, you need to email support, which in of itself is problematic. After going through many emails, and high pressure sales tactics, (We want to offer you a once in a life time low price only available now) I was told my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged again. Well, this month rolled around and guess who got charged again! Me. I got charged again. It should NOT be this difficult to cancel a subscription. I sent them yet another email, but this definitely warrants a trip to my bank.

Update: I did receive a prompt response and they refunded me, assured me there would be no further billing and issued me a free month. I do appreciate the quick service. Some companies intentionally make canceling very difficult, whereas other companies simply have inefficient systems in place. It’s hard to tell which is the case here. Regardless, I’ve never had so much difficulty canceling a subscription and that’s disappointing.

On another level. There’s not a million tutorials but the ones I’ve watched so far have helped me understand things so much better than I did through other tutorials. BIG Difference. Love it!

STAY AWAY OF THIS FRAUD WEBSITE . If you sign up and when you check out its written in very small wording that its 12 months contract.
You will be stuck with them for 12 months and I think they are ripping off people for few courses which is not acceptable and not worth paying for 12 months. They don't even know what photographers need and what they are teaching.
Most of the time their stuff you will need to buy it separately they don't give you free in pro plan.
Once you are stuck with them then you are with them for 12 months. You can't do anything about it. So better save your money and look elsewhere.

I remember buying my first PRO EDU tutorial a couple of years ago, it was Pratik Naik - Beauty & Portrait Retouch and it was amazing. I liked it so much that I decided to try a few others that were listed at the time. I learned about lighting with Chris Knight, about color with Kate Woodman, Fine Art Portraiture with Gemmy Woud-Binnendijk, how to optimize my workflow with Sef McCullough, and much much more. That knowledge not only helped me technically to develop my skills but it also helped me feel more confident in the decisions I make as an artist in every step of my journey and for that, I can't thank them enough. You guys, rock!

Guys!!! Get these tutorials! These are without a doubt one of the best learning companies in the industry. I love them so much. I have learned so much and got me in the path as a professional retouching, and helping me grow my photography business! Do this. You won't regret buying a tutorial from these guys!

Learning photography is something i believe to be tricky, I happen to be one of the unfortunate who cant really go to school for some studies and all so eventually having a online access and also getting to choose exactly what i want is something special, Am talking about learning things they wont even teach you at a school all from the comfort of your own home

As a creative and entrepreneur I look for educational platforms that can provide quality content, and training. As the industry changes and with advancements in technology I look for effective and efficient ways to continue education, that will not only accommodate my busy schedule, but will aid in staying current with industry trends and standards. PRO EDU offers that and much more. Well packaged, well produced, high end tutorials that are easy to consume and are instructed by some of the industry’s leading creatives. The tutorials provide a deep dive into the industry and provides a community for ongoing support helping creatives hurdle obstacles that would normally take a lot more time through individual discovery.

PRO-EDU introduced me to a great community! While their tutorials are great for all levels and they even teach you CGI now. The biggest quality of it is their living community and their involvement in this community. I met so many great people, great photographers and also great retouchers and they helpen met level up in both skills and confidence.

Let’s face it, there is so much “educational content” on the internet today. Yes, you can troll YouTube for free content but when you are first learning - how do you know the difference between content that is helpful and that which is going to set you back further? The answer - you can’t.

PRO EDU is the closet thing you can get to being an assistant to the stars without actually having that job. PRO EDU makes you feel like you are set of major productions. You learn how working pros approach problems and business.

If you want to level up in both content production and business - look no further. I have bought or have subscriptions to every major educational platform, this is the best the internet has to offer. They have valid content and are pleasing to watch.

I bought nearly every product they made until they offered a subscription/founder program. The value you get in these offerings is through the roof!!!

I’m a Pro Plan member, and have been quite happy with the behind the scenes details you get from the teachers. It’s like having a virtual internship.

I found PROEDU having spent years learning the craft on YouTube. I can say with confidence that PROEDU is on a whole other playing field if you’re looking for depth of expertise. The few products I’ve purchased have inspired confidence and unlocked creativity for me that I haven’t experienced in years. After I apply these learnings, I look forward to learning more from them!

The color of science tutorial changed the way I look at photography. Incredible tutorials and I love that we get to download all the files with them to follow along. Worth every penny.

I've been using PRO EDU tutorials for a long time, and I can't find anything close to be as good as their stuff gets.
Seriously, just go for it!

I grew as a photographer with PRO EDU during these 6 years of my career. Everything I ever needed to learn how to master my craft is there! It provides creatives with knowledge of most amazing professionals in all photography genres. To me PRO EDU is the first place I turn to when I feel I need to update, try something new, or perhaps they got yet a new educator whose work I look up to. Their content and it's quality is superb! I'd recommend PRO EDU to photographers of any level.

I've been a subscriber for many years. Pro Edu is the only online photography education I trust.

Awful platform targeting photographers but teaching CGI.
Support is non existent, to the point if feels like a scam platform.

I think the course content is excellent but viewing it is a different matter. I expected to get online access via an account but instead you just get to download the videos which if fine but it is so slow. The download speed varies from really slow to quite quick and spikes all the time so your download times are all over the place. I had a lot of network dropouts too so had to go back and start over. Way too long to simply get to view the content. Downloading literally took hours and hours. Just too hard!

I can’t argue about the tutorials, they really have some great tutorials but, if you need any customer support, you can forget about it!!!

I had a monthly membership and i cancelled my renewal for the next month 10 days prior to ending of my contract. But instantly i was kicked out of the site and couldn’t log in again so my contract was ended 10 days before which i had already paid. I wrote complains every possible way available on their website but i didn’t get any reply before 1 week, and when i got it, it wad not relevant to my complain at all, i explained everything on my messages but their reply was simply like „we care about our customers please let us know about your problem“ kinda thing. At this moment i got only three days to end my paid contract, i told them again they already wasted 7 days from my paid days so i want rhem to compansate it, you know what they did, gave me access again but also activate the renewal so 3 days later i noticed i paid again for a new month!!!!! I don’t care what kind of tutorials they have but i will never ever fill the pockets of careless people so I’m not going back to them ever again. CreativeLive.com is way more professional then them.
