WARNING TO VENDORS
We are issuing a formal warning to the vendor community regarding our recent experience with Profettional. Throughout the project, they demonstrated a significant lack of engagement, failing to conduct site visits or adequately review client requirements. Including accusing us of not sending the goods at all when the containers were unloaded. They would not pay for installation and our products were majorly mishandled.
Despite a negligible issue involving only three items (one table and two chairs) out of a large-scale project, the client demanded a full refund without performing an on-site assessment. Furthermore, we discovered the furniture was incorrectly installed on grass, which is unsuitable for woven products. The client also expressed dissatisfaction that structural products requiring architectural plywood were not "100% teak," despite the specifications clearly dictating the necessary materials.
Most concerningly, Proffetional has engaged in unethical behavior by posting a defamatory review and explicitly offering to remove it only in exchange for a full refund. We view this as a form of extortion and advise all vendors to exercise extreme caution.
