Product was good for the price, wouldn't recommend company to others if there are issues.
Customer service is lacking, did not give a price match for their sale price despite it only been 2 weeks after purchase and I found the response passive aggressive. Other companies and even Etsy sellers did not give this kind of experience. Feels like they're hiding behind the high return shipping price for small issues.

Still, happy with the desk itself.

Good desk. I would love a (more expensive) option for a solid wood topper but otherwise am very happy with my purchase

Product is amazing and great. Love it, never felt better working then being able to spend close to half the time i'm at the computer standing and not just sitting all day.

The product was even assured for up to 5000$ by the delivery company when it was worth less but still above a grand.

Only bad point was on the delivery and wasn't fault of the delivery company.
The Delivery on a 2000$ desk didn't have the required sign-off to drop the delivery so it was left outside my door without knowing it was delivered.
For anything above 200-300$, it should be automatic to not have the delivery done except if told so to not require a signature for drop off. This was to be requested when the shipping label was created which means it wasn't something i could change or ask myself to get since i wasn't the one making the request to make the shipping label for the desk

Love the desk and the fact they are Canadian, however, I bought the corner ryzer desk that had the option to create 90 x 48 desk and the instructions were limited here. Had to trial and error to get it right. If there were labels or better instructions on how to configure the desk in this way, it would have taken less time.

Everything was shipped super fast and it is a great product for the price. super impressed with the standing desk I was able to build myself.

Delivered quickly. Fairly easy to assemble.

I had originally purchased corner ryzer (72"x 48"), but quickly realized I had quite a bit of dead space (since the table has 30" depth), I only was able to use 18" one side and 32" on the longer side. Not a lot of desk space, despite the footprint and cost. Luckily, I was able to switch over to the solo ryzer 72", which I highly recommend. Jack was helpful to make this happen and very thorough with his responses (my hat off to him). Overall, solo is the best option unless you go for the biggest option for corner (i.e. 59" x 59").

Great desks. Sturdy and easy to install. Height range is great for small and tall individuals.

This is a solid desk. no wobbling. no shaking. I will probably buy others for a few other employees. Everything feels a little like over-kill which is exactly what I was looking for. Nothing just "good enough" -- it is solidly across the threshold which leaves the wiener / flimsy desks behind.

Desk is good but the customer service was terrible. I dealt with a person called Nestor. From the moment I started to talk to him, he lied and said "No" to everything. I placed my order and after placing it I wanted to change my method of payment (desk was not shipped yet). Nestor started with saying yes he could to then switching to no he could not then saying he never could because his supervisor was not there and making up all these excuses so he could say no, he calls me up and tells me he can't do it and closes the ticket. This took place over 4 days, I then ask him to help me with a price for an accessory on their website since he could not help me with such a simple issue. He calls me back up and you can literally sense that all he cares for is to close the ticket and obviously he says "No". I call him out on his terrible customer services and he says it's their desk that brings in customers, not their customer service. I just wanted to change my method if payment, I got no idea what I will have to deal with down the road when I try to claim their warranty. Are they going to be all "No" then too? Might want to stay away from these guys.

Probably the best desk I will ever have. This desk is well made, pretty sturdy. As all sit/stand desks, it has some wobble at the higher levels but it is one desk that will last. Frame is solid, top is very good but as all laminates, you need to be gentle with it. Overall, a solid 4.5 out of 5

I was impressed by how fast the products were shipped out and received. The overall product feels really good and was easy to assemble and I was able to do it alone for a 72'' by 48'' desk. If I had to buy another one, I would look into Progressive Desk Canada's products again.

Purchased Solo Ryzer which arrived in 2 boxes. The 2 boxes arrived sooner than quoted, 1 day apart (table top arrived second). Assembly was simple...I had some accessories and that required a little planning but it all went well. Manual and Videos together were useful. The desk is beautiful and so far (3 weeks in) worked well - we shall see the test of time.

All around great response and follow up. We didn’t purchase a desk yet. We initially ordered but cancelled when it was realized the desk was not large enough. We are still considering our options to buy. However the customer service was impressive.

Quick shipping, great costumer service. Instructions were clear. Desk is of much higher quality than what I had before. Most importantly, it is adjustable to a smaller than average size (for a smaller than average person). Love it!
