I ordered the Solo Ryzer Frame in black. All the parts were there; I’d give the instructions a 90% score as some diagrams were missing so had to infer what the next steps were. The one thing that knocked off a star is that it was a bit creaky on one end so added some cardboard between the base and my custom desktop to stop the rattle between 2 metal pieces. It’s a good solid desk frame and I’m happy with it.

I’m quite happy with my new desk. It was easy to assemble, and the design is sturdy, the rise/lower function works well, & it was well packaged to prevent damage in transit.

There was an issue with delivery however when your courier Canpar didn’t keep the 3 separate boxes together in transit & I was left waiting for 1 of them past your quoted delivery time. I contacted them, but their customer service didn’t seem to know what had happened.

I purchased the more expensive bamboo desk top because it is supposed to be a more sustainable option. I am generally very pleased with it but I would prefer that it’s edges had been beveled slightly or had a rounded edge. Also I’ve noticed a small area on one edge where the coating has appeared to have chipped off.

Generally I’m well satisfied with the desk.

High quality desk top, pre drilling screw holes are very convenient to install desk frame. And can hold massive weight. One downside is the finger print is easy to leave on the top

Absolutely in love with my Progressive Desk. From the online selection/building to ordering and all the way through the assembly, Progressive Desk made things intuitive and easy. I have a dream home office now and couldn't be happier! I will highly recommend Progressive Desk to anyone in the market for a solid, sleek heigh-adjustable desk.

Desk came quicker than expected. It was relatively easy to assemble (lots of videos available). All of the accessories were easy enough to add and install. Only downside is that we are not happy with the location of the power grommet and now trying to find a non power grommet for the precut hole. Will relocate the grommet once we find something. Added the magnetic cable trays. They work great! Also added a larger cable tray which works great for the accessory power bar and larger power adaptor for the laptop. Also purchased extra cable clips and was able to keep everything nicely concealed for a clean look as our desk is in an open main floor space. Would definitely buy again.

I am absolutely happy with my new Progressive desk. The order selection and placement was very easy and clear. The options were good. The shipping was exactly as promised. The instructions for assembly were thorough and easy to understand.

Meanwhile, the quality of the desk is phenomenal and beyond my high expectations - the weld joints are very clean and smooth, the painted surfaces are even and thorough, and the motor is quiet, smooth, and even.

I received my desk and was able to set it up. The written instructions were not the best but the video that was shared via link was excellent. The desk is well made, sturdy and beautiful. It is exactly what I was looking for. The desk goes as low as 24.4 inches and as high as 50 inches. I really appreciate the memory setting and with just a push of a button I am in a perfect sitting or standing position. The motors are relatively quiet and quickly get the desk into position.
I was promised an email to order accessories for 10% off but didn’t receive that, so had to come up with my own cable management method. All in all I am so happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend these desks to anyone in the market for a great sit stand desk

All good and fast delivery

Great desk so far. No complaints, it is what they say it is. Shipping came in 2 parts one for the table top and one for the legs and motor etc. The shipments came about a week apart for me in Ontario probably due to the weather emergencies in BC at the time. But I was happy with the overall shipping time. Ordered on Nov 26, got the legs on Nov 30 and the table top on Dec 6! I just wish I got more of the cable management solutions with my order when it was on sale for Black Friday :).

The desk frame is extremely high quality and worked perfectly. Customer support was stellar, answering all my questions right away. When I had trouble with damaged casters, they sent a new set immediately without issue.

I was shipped a defective frame for my desk and between shipping delays and wrong addresses, it took nearly a month to receive a working replacement and that was only after volunteering to drive to another city to pick up the replacement to avoid further delays. Customer service was generally helpful, but definitely call in to get a faster response. Overall, the desk is good, but nothing spectacular for the price and the experience overall was frustrating for what is supposed to be premium, made in Canada product.

I ordered a couple of accessories too. They are all the highest quality products including the standing desk itself. One other thing that I really appreciate is the amazing customer service. They are ready to help 24/7 and really care about the customers!

Ordered the solo ryzer frame. Excellent so far and movement is smooth. Kind of wish I purchased wheels for the legs as the desk is really heavy. It took a little longer than expected to have the order dispatched probably due to high order volumes they were experiencing, but they were quick and efficient once my order was confirmed. Customer service was great and I had a pleasant interaction with the rep over the phone.
