my partner had an accident and she called pvm they have provided us nice new car and dealt with our claim and settled with in 6 week i will recommend pvm especially a girl name Layla was extremely helpful all the time who kept us updated all the time

After my daughter buying her first car with pvm everything was great good experience and very helpful. How ever when Paul said after the 3 month warranty runs out if anything goes wrong just let me know and we will come to an arrangement for repairs. 3 weeks after warranty ran out her clutch slave cylinder & master cylinder gave up the ghost, told Paul & he said yes he’d contribute towards the repair. Called him & Chris no answer Nothing. £486 we’ve had to pay the garage for repairs. I tell you people DO NOT USE PMV MOTORS!!! Disgusted with them. They say they’ll help you but when you call them nobody answers the phone! BE WARNED!!!!

Extremely unhelpful experience. There was no hire car available for a week after my vehicle was scheduled for repairs. Duplication of information request.

I had the unfortunate experience of a motorcycle accident, and dealing with insurance was the last thing I wanted to handle. Fortunately, Finlay at PVM made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. My claim was processed quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Finlay kept me informed every step of the way, which truly put my mind at ease. I can’t thank him enough for his support.

Worst company ever. Gave me a courtesy car and 4 days into it wanted their car back. Then charged me for the courtesy car which I paid. Then 2 years later they sent me a £3,500 invoice im so confused. Please do not deal with this company they are rude and they will not be getting a penny from me.

I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a write-off car collision in September 2023.
My insurance wouldn't provide me with a car, even though I was not at fault, because apparently a write-off wasn't covered in the smallprint.
My insurance company were also really difficult to communicate with and information was sparse and important data went missing.

I contacted PVM and they quickly provided me with a good quality hire car & took over the handling of everything, and finally ensured that my insurance company paid out the money due to me, which is all sorted as of today, early February 2024.

Leyla and Melissa were professional, courteous and efficient at handling my case; providing me with updates and keeping things running smoothly, and I can't thank them enough.

From start to finish PVM did not disappoint. Their service is exceptional making the whole process smooth and problem free. They are in regular contact throughout and always explain everything in full detail and a special thanks to Finlay Robinson for his excellent customer service.

Told me I had to e-sign to confirm the courtesy car was in good condition, turns out it was a hire agreement, 10 days later a £5000 bill arrived, low life fraudulent liars, keep away from these crooks

We were referred to PVM on Monday after collision. The lady from PVM was not helpful and nice at all. It was my first car accident in my life and I have never gone through the procedure involved in it. It was a huge problem for her to talk to me and repeat terms and conditions by which they work. She made up her story about the accident and she did not come back to us when she was admonished by my solicitor to review the case. My opinion: Lack of empathy and customer service skills.

Garbage

My insurance company put me in tpich with this Company after a no fault collision.

They advised me it would take 24 hours to review the dashcam footage to determine whether they could pursue the other party.

That was a month and 4 emails, 3 phone calls ago.

The most disgusting and disgraceful company I have ever come across in my life. AVOID at all costs. After being in accident that was not my fault, my insurance company passed along my details to progress vehicle management for a courtesy car. During the time I had the courtesy car I was unfortunately sexually harassed and attacked at work, I managed to lock myself in the car, the attacker then proceeded to kick the courtesy car whilst I was locked inside and the car sustained some damage to the driver door. After calling the police and getting a crime reference number I then called PVM to inform them of what had happened. Not only did they not care about my situation, they then proceeded to send me a letter threatening debt collectors, stating that I owe £756 for the damage to the hire car (which is a Toyota aygo). There has been no empathy, care or consideration from this company, what if this had happened to their daughter or child? There has no been no explanation or breakdown of these charges, I find it very difficult to comprehend how I am being charged £750 for a dent on a car that is literally like a tin can and can easily be popped out. Not only have I been left with the mental repercussions of my attack, I am now being bullied into paying these scam artists.DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS ,AVOID

F.A.O BODYSHOPS REPAIR COMPANIES This company is a SCAM THEY AUTHORISE REPAIRS PROMISING 95% payment in 5 days and avoid paying once their hire period is over and then wait for third party to pay the repairs and still make you chase the payment and try to deduct their 5%

Due to progress vehicle management ive now got a CCJ on my name. Every time i call to speak to somebody regarding this issue they tell me the person in charge of my case isnt there or will contact me back. This issue was in 2018, Still to this day i chase them to deal with this matter and cant get an explanation.

I was accident April 2018 non my fault l went claim service in green lanes Haringey they call pvm vehicle management to get hire car and pvm they contact third party insurance to get lability make reservations give me car but third party insurance never give permission give car pvm say we will get lability in soon but they never get any confirmation l driving hire car over 6 months they didn’t say any charges now they say l have to pay charges over £16.252 impossible to pay amount now pvm find a solicitor give court l will make complaints

REMEMBER, IF THEY CANT RECOVER THE COST OF THE HIRE CAR FROM THE AT FAULT INSURANCE THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU DEMANDING PAYMENT AND THREATENING YOU INSTEAD OF RIGHTLY THREATENING THE AT FAULT INSURANCE THEY WILL INSTEAD TURN ON YOU TO GET THEIR MONEY. THEY CONVENIENTLY WONT TELL YOU THIS!
