SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM....Do not use/order anything from this company/site....I was ripped off ...product was never delivered...No refund...false delivery updates....customer service does not exist....TOTAL SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...SCAM

It's been more than 2 months. Didn't receive my order. No response from customer support. It definitely looks like a scam.

i recived my product, and it is confortable, but it is a bit hard for my feet, but with a thin soft inshole, it is perfect. the shipping to Hungary took them almost 25 days, but they have a tracking site where you can check the order.
The costumer service does not respond at all, and they dont have a phone number, only an email adress. it is useless.
the service is not the best, but the product worth it.

I can't reach them, wrote them several times but without response.
Delivery company sent my package back to them and I can't get informations about my order.

Do not order from them; they are not a serious company. They do not respond to emails and cannot be reached.

I ordered a carbon shoe insole in size 45, but they sent a size 38 instead. I did not want to wait for the exchange process, so I ordered another pair in size 45, which did arrive after about a month, but the carbon plate is much thinner than the one in the size 38. One was 1 mm thick, while the other was only 0.7 mm, which is almost three times weaker and therefore practically useless—about as weak as a sponge insole.

I reported this issue to them several times, both by email and through their website, but I received no response at all. This is a rip-off.

Got my first dunk ever with these insoles. Never thought I’d actually get up there, but they really gave me that extra bounce. Dope product!

I placed my first order with ProMotion Lab and realised I had chosen the wrong size.I contacted them and they responded very quickly they immediately corrected the mistake and resent the right size without any issues.I’m very happy with how fast and professional their service was!

Terrible purchase and terrible company. I've been trying to return it for a week and no one has responded. Don't buy it, it's a scam.

Order never received. No response via email or messaging... money for nothing.

I ordered and they came fast, also customer service was great I got tracking number in 2 days. Insoles are comfy as well.

Customer service is completely unresponsive, and I haven’t received a refund either.

Insoles do not provide the promised results. On top of that, Promotion lab does not refund, although it is written in the refund policy, which is sent with the order receipt. Customer Service wiggles their way around that with various dubious Emails and stop responding suddenly.

Do not buy anything there. This company is a complete scam.

Great quality of insoles and it came fast!
