By far the best thing I’ve spent money on in a long time! Tony was really proactive and a great communicator with the set up to the move, the pre pack service by Christian was incredible (all boxes were labeled by room with clear contents descriptions and had been wrapped and packed carefully). On the move day with Dave, Tony and Christian everything happened so efficiently and the best bit was the attention to detail with sorting and setting up furniture and boxes ready to be used straight away in the new house

Brilliant service from Toni and team. We got the premium service so the team packed all our belongings for our move. Very worth it, each item was carefully wrapped in paper and we had no breakages! On the day we had unforeseen circumstances which caused a delay in us moving into our new flat. Toni and team were very accommodating and helpful even given a delay of over 5 hours. All in all, great experience with Promover, highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Promover for moving into storage whilst having building work going on. Both times they have been amazing turning up promptly, work rate is great nothing to much trouble.

The office was very reactive in organising a visit to establish a quote (thank you Diana), Tony visited and set things up in a few days. The initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and following an on site meeting when requirement were confirmed, we received a detailed fixed price quote to include all packing, dismantling and removal of the office contents for relocation to our new offices. The guys arrived early on the day and were waiting for us- with new packing boxes, paper wrapped all delicate items. They were happy to place furniture where we wanted it- and to relocate it when we saw that it "didn't work". Very efficient. The whole process was smooth and painless. I would highly recommend Promover.

Tony arrived on time to give us a quote. We bought a painting that was too big to come through our staircase so we had to bring it in through the sitting room window in our first floor.

Whilst others quoted a ridiculously high sum, Tony gave us a very reasonable quote. He arrived on the day we booked and wrapped our painting so thoroughly and the care he and his colleague took on wrapping and moving it was above and beyond call of duty.
He is a lovely man and provided us a great service with a big smile. Nothing was too much or too little.

Tony was recommended to us by a friend and he truly was amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending him, he is second to none. I will definitely use his services in future and would like to wish him and his company every success.

Promover were excellent in reassuring us during our recent move. They were reliable and on time, brought packing materials for me before the move (I wanted to do some light packing myself) and also packed a 4 bedroom house and had us installed in the new one in speedy time. They also took way the boxes post move which was a relief!
