False positives. Blocks legitimate communication. Die IP unseres Mail-Servers, der auf keiner Blocking-Liste steht, wird ohne jede Erklärung blockiert. Damit wird die Kommunikation mit unserer Versicherungsagentur unterbunden. Das Geschäft scheint hier nicht mit dem Schutz von Kunden gemacht zu werden, sondern mit dem Sammeln von Daten der Betroffenen. Da ist nirgendwo Intelligenz beteiligt, weder technisch noch menschlich. Einfach nur Müll dieser "Dienst".

Blocking important business emails without reason
Several of my Australian customers are 'protected' by Proofpoint, probably without their knowledge. That is to say, their providers have deployed Proofpoint. Proofpoint blocks all of my legitimate emails to these clients, forcing me to communicate with them using a non-branded email address. Despite numerous attempts to contact Proofpoint through all of their communication channels, they refuse to respond at all. Proofpoint is not serving the interests of its customers and is obstructing their desire for effective communication.

29 mails et contact via leur interface pour déblacklister une IP saine prise depuis janvier chez mon hébergeur, sans AUCUNES RÉPONSES à ce jour ni, bien sur de déblacklistage !
Nous ne pouvons écrire ou mieux répondre à nos clients, assurances et autres !
Le dernier mail envoyé hier justement... Leur réponse automatique...
"a été supprimé sans être lu le mercredi 9 juillet 2025 08:19:36 (UTC-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada).".
Vous bloquez les honnêtes gens et empêchez les entreprises de travailler !

The support department isn't very…
The support department isn't very cooperative.
I have a 1-year license for they're Cybersecure Threat Signature Library. After changing the hardware, I like to re-assign the subscription to the new (same brand) hardware.
So I reached out and asked if possible, -how- to arrange it. I got one reply with a question for the Company name the license is attached to, which I answered directly.
After 6 weeks still no answer....
Pain in the behind.
