Please note: Prop.com has transitioned to an exclusively institutionally funded model and no longer offers investment propositions to private (exempt) investors. We are therefore not onboarding new individual investors, and the Prop.com app is no longer open to new registrations. Existing investors retain full access to the app and to our investor relations team to manage and monitor their current positions. Reviews on this page largely relate to our earlier private-investor offering. For institutional enquiries, please visit prop.com.

The future of real estate investing is here!
The future of real estate investing has been changed by Prop.com. The entire process from onboarding on the website to selecting and completing the purchase of real estate has become an easy experience. What I personally find very important is that everything about Prop.com exudes reliability. And that it is possible to have direct contact with the team for all your questions or uncertainties.

As one of the first users
As one of the first users, I was able to experience that the platform works as intended! Everything regarding becoming an owner of a piece of real estate is taken out of your hands and taken care of. The actual payment of the rental income is also done on a monthly basis. The site is very clear with all the information you need as an investor. Good job!
