I’m kept up to date with uber-efficient weekly calls and ramp-up processes that give me peace of mind, as well as an opportunity to provide feedback. It’s also a highly cost-effective way of reconciling several properties with the same team that knows your business and transactions.

Proper’s teamwork mentality and speed are also very impressive - booking invoices and posting for payments is done within 24 hours - sometimes less. It’s also extremely convenient that they know Appfolio. This took out the training time I was used to with previous bookkeepers.

Excellent service. I highly recommend them. No need for in-house bookkeeping. I was running a company with 600 units and only had a receptionist. I could handle overseeing them without any employees. In addition, they do all the reconciliation. Saved me a ton of money.
