Coldwater Outdoor Shower: Excellent manufactured product, fair treatment, crafted with high attention to detail and quality. Very professional business attitude, customer orientation and reponsiveness - I placed an express order at a higher charge. The production was delayed, the surcharge was transferred back. Recommendation: Customers from the continent should be informed about tarifs when imported to continental Europe.

These products from proper copper design are just outstandingly made . The copper hinges are just stunning . I also bought the copper brackets . Each product is lovingly handmade in their workshop . however the piece de resistance is the stunning copper splashback in verdigris it really does have the wow factor which is what I wanted to create in my new kitchen . lesley blackburn

This is the 3rd set of handles I’ve bought from Proper Copper, they are expensive…
But worth it because even after years looking at this I still marvel how beautiful they look.

We had to change the connection points from compression to treaded on a inline exposed tapware. The parts arrived from the UK within 4 weeks of the order, which is impressive considering it takes 4 days to get parts from Brisbane to Rural QLD.

Khan Erkeksoy was extremely helpful in designing custom handles in the color and sizing that we needed for an odd sizing hole spacing for our kitchen. He was accommodating to suggest we look at two designs and ensure they fit and we make the best choice before they create the entire order. It was amazing to have two custom designs to choose from. We are thrilled with our selection. This is our second time using this company and we just love all of our handles.

Proper Copper continues to impress with their quality and fast delivery. I ordered a ladder “pot hanger” for my new laundry room, and it arrived in the US (Colorado) in about two weeks. I haven’t seen it installed yet, but based on the pot rack I have in my kitchen, I’m excited to have such a fine piece in my utilitarian laundry room on which to hang clothes (hooks and hangers) to dry.
