About six months ago I joined the blueprint at Property X and to be honest it was one of the best decisions I've made. I wanted to get into property and I was in a position where I was speaking to a lot of different people within the industry but everyone was telling me to do different strategies i.e flips, BTL’s, AirBNB etc… and I felt lost and I needed some direction, advice, and some guidance. So, I decided to seek out Justin as he was really relatable, he had done what I wanted to do, and he was still actively in property which was really key for me. I’m so glad I didn't buy a property before I signed up to Property X because what I've learned is invaluable and has already saved me money because I know I've saved on mistakes I would have made. Throughout the whole process and beyond I've got continued advice and guidance from both Steve and Justin on phone, voice notes, and messages.
The course modules alone are extremely in depth and there is a lot of them. The touch points weakly are so helpful and just the access to other people in property that I wouldn’t have gotten access to without Property X. Just last weekend we did a mastermind in London which was brilliant. It honestly gets you so fired up and you learn so much. You're in circles and rooms with the right people which is huge for me. I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. I was quite cautious to start as I’d never invested in education before but it was 100% worth it but like anything in life you get out what you put in so do the work, pay close attention and you’ll 100% reach your goals!

I joined Property X roughly 5 months ago and have found the community nothing short of amazing thus far. The modules are informative, the support is great and the guidance provided is actually helpful (unlike many others out there)

I joined Property X looking for more structure and a clearer direction, and it’s been a really positive experience so far.

In an industry where there can be a lot of mixed advice, it’s been a bit of a breath of fresh air. The focus feels much more grounded and practical, rather than overhyped.

The support and guidance have been solid, and it’s helped me approach things in a more structured and consistent way.

I’m still early on in the journey, but overall it’s been a great experience and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something more real and action-focused.

Been watching Justin for 5 years now.
In that time I haven't viewed a single property or done anything about increasing my Portfolio.
I decided to join PropertyX in March and very glad I did. The platform once you sign up is awesome and there is a ridiculous amount of in depth content on each subject as well as supporting documents.
5 weeks in and I still have a lot of lessons to go.
It really does go in deep and you realise how much is missing from Youtube content.

If you have any questions they are answered on the platform very quickly by Justin and by the community.
The platform is also being added to all the time with more lessons.
There is 1 weekly zoom training and one by weekly zoom deal clinic where you can have deals looked at and questions answered.
Property can be a lonely journey and having this community makes a big difference.

The weekly zoom meet ups are good and it it a space to ask questions about anything you are dealing with. Justin is also very good at knowing where everyone in the group is at and asking you how you are getting on with your specific thing.
If you want a rocket to get you started, this will work.

I joined Property X in August last year after looking into a number of property mentors.

What stood out to me straight away was the authenticity. There was something about Justin that I related to, and I knew he was the right mentor for me.

The training modules are spot on. Everything is explained clearly, easy to follow, and actually actionable. Justin delivers it properly and the results across the community speak for themselves.

I secured my first auction property within 4 months of joining. One thing Justin drills into you is that knowledge is nothing without action. Movement is key.

The mastermind events and meet ups are on another level. Seeing other mentees doing so well, securing multiple properties, growing on social media and even going full time in property is seriously motivating.

And Steve, Justin’s right hand man, deserves a mention. His negotiation skills are next level and he genuinely backs every single member.

Without Property X, I’d probably still have the same mindset and same level of knowledge. My original goal was to buy one property… now I’m aiming for 10+ 🚀

I came across Justin and his YouTube channel roughly 5 years ago. I’d always been interested in property investment and how it can build long-term wealth, but I kept delaying taking action for years.

It wasn’t until October last year that I finally joined PropertyX and it has completely changed my outlook on real estate investing. I now genuinely see how this could be my path to a comfortable retirement. Honestly, I only wish I had joined sooner.

These sessions are not only educational but also incredibly inspiring; we brainstorm ideas, learn from one another, and leave motivated to take action.

I would highly recommend PropertyX to anyone considering getting into property investment. Don’t make the same mistake I did by delaying; take that first step. You won’t regret it.

Definitely recommend PropertyX to any aspiring property investors. Justin is down to earth and is very enthusiastic about getting the PropertyX community the same results he has had himself. The app is first class, easy to use and so much content available on there and the weekly calls give an opportunity to hear latest trends and ask questions.

Property X and Justin are extremely knowledgable, approachable and helpful. I joined the Blueprint programme for 6months and continued to be a member. due to the fantastic value provided - Justin is easily accessible via the app, weekly training sessions and in person events. He responds to queries quickly, reviews potential deals - a great mentor for anyone looking to invest in property, particularly BRR, flips and sourcing. But the training is comprehensive and covers a range of topics from setting up your business to building a personal brand on social media. The community is very friendly and everyone is super helpful. Highly recommended.

I have been a member of the Property X mentor/training programme since early January 2025 and I couldn't be more pleased so far.

Justin and his team have not only built a guide with training modules covering all aspects of property investing and development, but also provide 1-1 support throughout the journey. This was key for me as I was looking for mentorship and guidance to really launch my property investing business.

Justin and the team at PropertyX are not just there to give you a few videos and hope you turn into a property expert. They facilitate learning and development to equip you with the best mind and skill set to achieve your end goals in property. They are always on hand to offer support and guidance throughout the entire property lifecycle.

As of current I've been in the programme for 6 months and have secured my first property deal - exceeding my goal for this year.

Its down to you at the end of the day to achieve your goals but having this team around you makes that journey so much easier.

The learning content and information in the program is modelled on recent and current experience. It is broken down into segments which make it easier to take in from a learning point of view.
The emphasis is on taking action, and this is encouraged constantly in order to drive the lived experience away from the purely theoretical learning perspective.
This is a program for people who want to and are already to take action.

During the program there has been growth and support from within the community and this is motivational, caring and a genuine connected feel amongst peers.

Each members unique journey is considered within 1:1 support sessions, which are extremely beneficial

Fantastic event, lots of information to take in and it was very informative in terms of the varies topics.
