PD Property Reports produced a document that was easy to understand, even for a layman. The biggest plus for me was that Paul was accessible by WhatsApp at any time. Also, his costs were better than most. His help and advice during the process was invaluable. Believe me, you will have to look far and wide to find someone better.

Paul has been fantastic. He fit me in last minute after I got let down by another company and my estate agents said he is the nicest surveyor they’ve ever met! I’m a first time buyer who doesn’t know much about houses, but Paul explained everything in a very easy to understand and non-patronising way which I really appreciated. A SECOND TO NONE survey was carried out by Paul of PD property surveyors on my next property. I opted for the level 2 inspection and was very impressed by all the detail that was highlighted.As for the price you get a SECOND TO NONE service and report at a excellent cost.I personally recommend this company for any home survey.

The report was personalised and easy to navigate. A numbered condition system was easily identifiable with the report detailing further measures, if appropriate. We also found the 360 photos useful to help support with our next steps.
