we are sorry that you were unhappy with our offer.

While our offers are 80% in most cases, we do look at each property individually and in some cases our offers can differ from the 80% standard.

in your specific case, as the property it a multi-million pound flat, the risk profile is considered to be very high and therefore our offer needed to reflect that.

Not worth your time if you are trying…

Not worth your time if you are trying to sell a flat. They will not make an offer on a flat with B1 EWS1 certification, even though that constitutes a pass. It is not physically possible for any building to obtain an A rating if cladding is present (however minimal/safe), therefore don't waste your time.

Unfortunately we were unable to make an offer on your property on this occasion. We do however purchase many flats and we can purchase ones with a B1 rated EWS1 certificate.
We take each B1 on a case by case basis.

We are constantly reviewing the situation around EWS1s certificates and our policies change accordingly.

Great Service

To be honest, I was at a crossroads of a very challenging and traumatic experience. I found Property Rescue on line and they did exactly that, rescued me from a serious situation.

I have to give a very big and special thank you to Zelda who was with me every step of the way. Zelda was instrumental in keeping me abreast of each milestone, instructing me about the next stage of the process and what was needed from me. I found Zelda to be very warm, efficient, polite, professional, someone whom I could easily converse with and courteous. Her communication skills both written and orally were clear and concise.

I would also like to say a special thank you to Dino who was the first point of contact, he had a professional manner, and was also very helpful.

I would highly recommend Property Rescue. The name really speaks for itself. No hidden costs. Genuine, transparent service
