Fabulous company to deal with. They maintained regular contact throughout the legal process until completion. They were very efficient in chasing the legal teams when required and kept me informed at every stage. Company is highly recommended.

Helpfull staff through each stage of the process and efficient processing of documents.

The good:
They sold a property which was difficult to sell,
They do not charge solicitors fees for auctions,
Their fees are reasonable compared to some.
The bad:
They use awful solicitors.

I was dreading the concept of selling my property, I was dreading the concept of my premises being on the market for an extended time & becoming a problem or hassle to move, but the people at property Solvers were very good!

They were able to give me very accurate timeliness as to how long the sale would take, added to the fact that they are estate agents, auction house & a direct sale organisation, I felt throughout the process that I was in full control of the process & as this was the first time I had sold anything on the property market, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had.

They managed to complete the sale in the time specified.

The company doesnt make false promises or change but be open with you regarding the offer of sale of your property if private sale or auction. It finds your investors and helps you. Jacob was exceptional and was very helpful. 5 stars due to him. He responded back and his manager Rueban would help if you get stuck or awaiting for a responce.

First class service from property solvers from first contact to completion of sale communication is always good, and any questions always answered promptly unlike so many other companies these days. Needed to sell fast in order to avoid missing a property I lost out on a few years ago.
Came across Property Solvers who marketed my property on line and wow are they good sold in four days at great price.
The conveyancing was overseen by Michael who was truly wonderful throughout the process . Thankyou to all the team for their assistance and support especially during a protracted conveyancing proces.Now settling in to new home. Highly recommend.

Fast response and friendly. I did have an initial issue where my property was undervalued. However, this was outside their normal procedures. They were very responsive and resolved my issues.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful and truly believe that they were helping me rather than just trying to make money.

The service I received was exceptional - my contact, Jacob was always able to assist me through the process of selling my property to their company. He was very prompt in replying to any queries I had and he had a warm, understanding manner. The process from start to finish was very professional - from arranging a viewing by a local agent, giving a prompt valuation on day one to the Completion day, every process was actioned efficiently. I also even had occasional Director access if I required it, making this company very approachable. They have an excellent understanding of their customers needs during such a stressful period - making the whole process far more manageable.

I initially had a disappointing experience with incorrect information. However, after raising the issue, the Director personally reached out to me. They took the time to explain everything clearly and offered genuine, professional advice.

While my initial experience wasn’t great, I do appreciate the Director’s effort to make things right and address my concerns. That follow-up made a big difference in how I view the company.
