I was always ket updated on the progress of my loan applications. Over the past 18 months, Property Twins have help me obtaining loans for 2 IPs (under SMSF, and under family Trust).

Sana and the whole team are absolutely amazing. Have been dealing with them for a few years now and have acquired 4 IPs including equity drawdown. The process is seamless from the beginning right through to settlement and more importantly, even afterwards. They always go above and beyond to ensure best results for their clients. The team is very proactive as they do a rate review every 6mnths or so and renegotiate our interest rates. I received an email out of the blue again last week advising me of the new rates they were able to negotiate for us. This is exceptional service without having to ask for it.
