We have always wanted to invest in the property market, but my husband and I couldn't get our needs and wants aligned. We didn't realise they were mortgage brokers as well, but they were not pushy in ensuring that we get a loan through them. Options were presented with pros/cons, and the journey in structuring our finances was educational. In this respect, the team wasn't just helping for a one-off transaction, but was actually setting us up for possible future investments as well.

They asked us for our investment objectives before presenting options. They were handholding us in each step, and no question is left unanswered. We were always kept updated, even when there are no significant updates. They were decisive especially in rejecting properties that will not help us with our objective. Major decisions were of course always deferred to us, but with guidance and pros/cons to weigh. We felt truly supported as they pushed to get items on the inspection rectified.
