Completed my will online using their services which initially was really good, however I now need to make a change to my will, which was part of the service I paid up for, I have emailed, sent numerous messages via their online chat and messages through their website, with absolutely no response apart from an automated message saying that they will aim to contact me within 24hrs. I have checked my spam for missed messages and also there is no way of phoning them direct.

Purchased a will with the easy to use website.
However, documments arrived with mistake. Also I wanted to amend discuss further other aspects of the will, but was unable to get a response using email or live chat. Nothing in my email or spam for 10 days and still ongoing. Found a number they have recorded as their own 01174566023, this is not their number and belongs to which. So I have no way of amending and finalising my will. Which I have paid £129 for.

I tried contacting Properwills to discuss making a change to my will, but had no reply. I have since made a will with a different company.

Update: Properwills acknowledged there had been a communication problem, apologised and gave me a full refund.

Excellent initial service with easy to follow guide and rapid turnaround however now I need an amendment I cannot get a response. Three attempts to contact with no reply.

Very easy to complete online and very impressed with efficient and professional service. Will received in 2 days.

Really easy to communicate with the writer of the will. He understood all the clauses and bits I wanted to add and was happy to create a couple of drafts until I was happy.

If I could I’d give 5 gold stars with a cherry on top! I cannot rate this service (especially Max) highly enough. Wills done for hubby and I and a very reasonable offer for 2 POA’s as very very expensive here in Scotland but peace of mind now. AND free updates should the unthinkable things happen. Following a family bereavement, I was advised to update a will that I made back in the 90s. My usual solicitor wasn’t working due to the lockdown so I contacted Sam at Proper Wills through the website. He got back to me right away and was more than helpful as my family situation is quite complicated. Was very happy with the service and all correspondence was in plain English - which I appreciated. Would recommend.

Max who dealt with my query was so responsive and helpful. I usually deal with my personal life admin in the evening time and that was when I sent emails to him. He always replied immediately which was so helpful and appreciated.
