I am a professional landlord and have worked with plenty of brokers in my time however the service provided by Proppea Mortgages was by far the best. Chloe ensured me the best deal on my refinancing by comparing a huge range of lenders to save me money.
Chloe also arranged a bridging loan for my business partner for an auction property. He did shop around but no one was able to beat the rates Chloe managed to secure. Chloe is very contactable and offers a very bespoke service throughout the whole process.
I wouldn't use anyone else now and would recommend her to everyone!

Chloe helped me with buying my first home and I am incredibly greatful. Having some awful experiences with trying to discuss mortgage option with a couple of banks, Chloe made the whole process so straight forward and easy.

Amazing service from this company
Amazing service from this company. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to borrow enough money for my extension whilst still making the monthly payments affordable. I am now well underway with the extension to build the house I want whilst still having plenty of disposable income. Thank you 😊

Amazing broker- very contactable and…
Amazing broker- very contactable and kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process. It wasn't a straightforward mortgage due the credit rating issues however Chloe was able to overcome this and get us a great deal! Thank you so much for your help- will definitely recommend you to our friends/family!
