My husband & I purchased a used ProPride trailer hitch from a private individual. It was missing a few parts, which we were able to find easily on the ProPride website. My husband viewed the ProPride videos on YouTube & on your website, which were quite helpful to him. He also called ProPride with some questions & spoke with Brent, who was kind, knowledgeable, & eager to help him with his questions. My husband was able to install the trailer hitch without swearing! 🤣. Great experience, which seems to be harder to find in this day & age! Thank you ProPride & Brent

I had an issue with one of my new parts for my 3P hitch. I called customer service, and they immediately a replacement part. I had it in a few days and it fits perfectly.

I am experiencing my first short trip with the new P3 installed, hauling my AirStream Flying Cloud 23. What a difference a hitch can make! Stability on the freeway as never before experienced - even when passed by an 18-wheeler! The hitching process is new-but very manageable. I had experts install the hitch and got a short lesson on attaching and unlocking the P3. Very helpful for me even with three years of prior “hitching” experience with other manufacturer’s hitches. My goal is the safest on road experience possible - P3 is my choice!

The pro pride hitch is worth the price! Using my old Blue Ox hitch the RV sway was frightening. Using the pro pride was a remarkable improvement! (Felt like pulling a fifth wheel) Customer service is awesome throughout the process.

Got call back very quickly on questions I had before I made the purchase. Talked to Sean live and he was able to answer my questions which was what convinced me to make my purchase. Also have a coworker that told me about the Pro Pride and he loves it.

The ProPride 3P hitch is fantastic and is made and support by a great company and people. After owning the hitch for a few years it developed an issue of my own doing. Brent at ProPride helped determine the cause via emails, I sent the Main Unit in and it was fixed and looked like new when returned. The only cost to me was shipping and parts. Best hitch on the market by far.

Brent was great in sending me installation videos and pictures of the same Travel trailer that I have with the hitch installed. He also kept me informed when the hitch was being shipped. Since I have installed a Hensley Hitch in the past, installation was pretty straight forward and the video was very helpful!! Already went on our first trip and everything was great! Customer assistance help made the purchase possible

Im not positive how many combinations there are for the truck hitch but the one that worked for me resulted in the worst ground clearance. So much so that I could not pull the RV out of the driveway without scraping bottom. I contacted ProPride tech support and got to Brent McDowell. He talked me through my options and we settled on a custom receiver hitch. There was a bit of a time constraint and he got the hitch manufactured and shipped in about a week. I had him on speaker for one of our calls and my wife overheard our conversation and said "Wow he sounds like the nicest guy in the world". I said yes he is. Thanks Brent.
