ProPride’s customer service is top notch. I had posted a picture asking if it appeared cracked. ProPride had seen that post on their Facebook site and automatically shipped me a new one. I was simply going to wait until normal business hours to call customer care, but they took care of my issue that Sunday without even speaking to customer service. ProPride will have my business as long as I tow a camper.

Excellent instructional booklet, videos, and phone customer service. With the information provided, don't be afraid to tackle the task yourself.

just like always. had a little problem and they jumped right on it. Had me a new part in 2 days. W O W!!!!!!

Delivery was fast and had Lil problem and they took care of it fast. Used it to pull 22 foot cargo trailer. For 700 miles couldn't been better.

They were very helpful in helping me make a decision on buying one of these, (not just because they were just trying to sell me something), I was more on the fence for about a year back and forth with them on getting one because $3,000.00 was a lot just to put into a hitch system, but after putting it on and towing with it I did see a big different in towing my RV, I really realized the different when my wife came out of no where and said she noticed a big different in the ride of the truck as well, especially when tractor trailers passed us or we passed them.

I must say, Wow! 3000+ miles, head winds, lateral winds, and semis, no white knuckles or sway. Amazing to hook up and disconnect.

We had a weight distribution jack break 2 days before our trip. We contacted them and they overnighted the parts. We were able to leave for out trip as planned. Fantastic customer service.
And towing a trailer with a ProPride hitch is amazing. Smooth, no sway. The wind may push the trailer sideways some but it moves as a whole. The back does not swing side to side. So much less to worry about.
