Sent enquiries to 3 property sourcers and 2 of them contacted me the same day. In the process of working with 1 of those sourcers now to finalise on a nice little BRRR property in the North West of England - it's a slow process to complete this deal, but that part is nothing to do with PropSourcer.
Does exactly what it says it does - as a buyer I found 2 sourcing guys that looked good on paper, and 1 of them found me an SA (Airbnb) in Manchester that I went ahead with. He also project managed a little refurb job and connected me with a local serviced accommodation specialist to manage it. No complaints.
First used PropSourcer in early 2024 to help locate some BRRR sourcers in and around London. Super easy platform to use and make enquiries to the listed agents. They also have great support and email communications throughout (e.g. when a sourcer accepts your request, and checking in to see how things are going, etc.). I used PropSourcer again in late 2024 for a similar need, and it's great to see many more agents listed as well as some new features like property deals and partnership services as well. Hope their progress continues!
