Still waiting for item to arrive
Absolutely brilliant service. Royal mail lost the item and Prosafe phoned me, they were very apologetic for something that wasn't they're fault and dispatched and item to arrive the following day. Very highly recommend company.

Thanks for your feedback and can understand your comments and frustration.
We had two issues with your order, one being the item was temporarily out of stock, and two, when your order was dispatched, Royal Mail lost your parcel. This was highly frustrating and hardly ever happens.
As with any orders in this case, we immediately replaced with a replacement and dispatched out.
Unfortunately once Royal Mail collect items from us they are archived as completed and were not aware you had not received your delivery.
Royal Mail are normally extremely reliable with deliveries however on this occasion you were let down.
Thank you for your honest feedback and will work to resolve these issues in the future.

Our stock is shared between our online and trade teams and on occasion stock is oversold with new stock normally arriving a short time later.
