Quick delivery, good service. 4 stars because I have ordered yellow high visible jacket but received orange one. I’m pretty sure if I would let them know about that they would sort it. But I don’t want to deal with that. Just they have to pay more attention to what they sending. In invoice it was yellow as well. Anyway it’s not first time when I order from Prosafe Direct and at all times it was great. I will keep using this service. Definitely recommend.

I wanted to buy a selection of colours of the retractable blade knives. I had to request stock / colour availability twice before purchase which caused a delay in purchase. The issue was sorted at second time of asking as original stock of 10 was of only two colours but a new delivery was imminent. I purchased 12 ( 3 of each of 4 colours)

Took ages to arrive despite the office being open

the package arrived well, the problem with the boots is the fact that the material is very rigid and my navicular bone became inflamed I tried to expand it but to no avail and to wear a larger number I tried but the foot plays in the boots.

They sent me the wrong shoe, made me send back the shoe and haven’t refunded me or sent the correct boot.
Also, getting in contact with them is very hard.
Wouldn’t recommend.
