Prosocceruk Opiniones

This company has the worst customer service I have ever been provided. They ignore your requests on numerous occasions before delivering your parcel.

In addition to the poor service from the telephone customer service. Staff undertrained and lack of knowledge of systems. Unable to complete a simple task and answer queries. Due to calling numerous times there were many notes on my account however they missed this every single time. I am disappointed as I had to pay TWICE for a delivery that they messed up. They know how to take your money but will never deliver on time and give you an honest tracking of your order and the next process.

They have absolutely mocked me by paying TWICE FOR A DELIVERY.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

This is the second order we have had from this company and both times we have received the goods in the allocated delivery time. All the joma kits we ordered are correct size and printed exactly as requested. We also ordered hoodies and the same again all correct. Always happy to talk and advise on the phone and the advice was perfect. We have had no problems with our orders. Thanks to Dave and Nicola at pro soccer uk

From the first moment I spoke with prosocceruk.
The were helpful , kind and above all else made me feel like my order was the most important.

They gave me all relevant information and we very polite even after alot of calls.

Upon placing order I just mentioned that the football club had a charity football game in 10 days time .

And from that point forward I was nothing but impressed.

Prosocceruk managed to get 19 full kits all quality by the way printed with numbers , club badge and sponsor and delivered to my door step in just 1 week !!!

The quality of the kit and the printing is second to none and I would highly recommend prosocceruk to anyone looking by new team kits.

Thanks alot for the service

I had a pretty good experience with Prosocceruk. I ordered a set of training tops for my team and the communication was really good from the outset with quick replies to questions etc. I also had to add an extra top to the order after it had gone through and that was also dealt with quickly and easily.

The only reason I've gone for 4* rather than 5* is that the tops I wanted weren't in stock when I ordered (which wasn't shown on the website) so there was a few weeks delay in receiving the items. However, when they did come through the quality is very good and for a very reasonable price.

I would shop here again.

I experienced the best customer service and my the kits were fabulous that arrived 2 days after purchasing and they were the budget range. Seriously 5 out of 5 😃👌🏼

They are good at answering your emails and calls straight away and give you the rubbish about this supplier has delayed us or the supplier shuts down for a period of time or this or that. But in fact this company has no intention of sending you your item within the 28 day period. I am still waiting 2 months later and still nothing has arrived!!! if it will every arrive I do not know because again they keep saying its with the warehouse or we have this but not that. I wish I read the reviews first before I ordered and paid.
AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!

Fantastic communication, tried really hard to accommodate my specific requirements. I've been using them for many years and I find their service and their prices amazing.

Thanks again guys.

Poor sizes, poor customer service, didn't print any numbers as requested. Failed to return complaint email.

I ordered a kit from ProsoccerUK which I needed in 7 days, as my team was about to go on tour. I think the website quoted 28 days, but they managed to deliver a full (20 player) kit to me in just 2 days! Good kit, all numbered and a good price. Brilliant!

Excellent communication, very helpful and welcoming, 100% would recommend!

Super quick delivery too!

Great personal service, and good quality kit for a low price, the custom printing was excellent, will definitely use again

Absolute first class experience from start to finish and an outstanding kit.

Purchased a juniors 10 piece kit set and the quality far outstrips the price I paid. Dealt with Nicola from start to finish; very quick and extremely accommodating.

My only disappointment was that I couldn’t get tracksuit tops to compliment the strip but absolutely delighted with every other aspect of the service and quality. Highly recommended.

Ordered a full set of 18 kits with custom embroidery, names, numbers etc. Was expecting it to take 2-3 weeks but it got delivered 3 days later! Amazing quality at a great price also! Would recommend!

My experience was really good. Timely responses from their customer service teams in handling the order and personalised aspects of the kit. Product was as described and came ahead of the expected delivery date - which was a great bonus. I'm happy with the service and product.

One star is literally too much to award this company - I would avoid ordering kit from them at all costs - it may be cheap but there is a reason for that. Dealing with them to place my order (>£800) was bad enough but the after service is appalling. I ordered kit for an U9 girls team and had sample sizes of the kits which I tried on all the girls. Assuming that the rain jackets, which had the same measurements on the website as the kit would be of similar size I went ahead and placed the order which was personalised. When the kit arrived the jackets were all 10 - 12 inches larger than the strips of the same size. I sent an email to complain about the sizing - no response, I phoned - no response, I eventually got the speak to the manager, who was rude, said the sizings were all standard and then said I should "educate myself" as jackets needed to be bigger to accommodate fleeces underneath. I've never personally owned a fleece that required 12 inches room in a jacket to accommodate it. I also don't think it's reasonable for a medium kids jacket (XXS) to measure 44 inches across the chest, which would fit most XL adult males - still waiting for a reasonable response from them!

I have now purchased 2 kits from this company and they are so friendly and helpful, I will continue to support my local schools with kits as they are fantastic value @ £159.

Great quality kit at excellent value for money.
We ordered a junior kit for our school team which we wanted quite urgently, the staff were very efficient and helpful and it arrived on time.
Thank you very much

AMAZING PLACE FOR FOOTBALL KITS, GREAT QUALITY, GREAT CHOICE.
