I have clients telling me they want to move to AWS all the time and some of them do (even against my advice) but what's more important penny-arcade hosting with NO support of service or proper a B-2-B service that understands me and my clients? It's a no brainer AND just not worth the hassle to save few quid. I'd rather keep the clients happy and get instant support when I need it.

Great service and very helpful. Any issues are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. As The Broadcast Bridge is an online specialist journal requiring 24/7 availability, support is very important to us and Sharpstack have always provided that.
