I ordered a set of toolboxes and they shipped the package in a thin cardboard box, barely secured with some tape.
The bottom box, the one with wheels, arrived cracked, and they refuse to replace the product or refund the money, even though I provided all the necessary evidence.
At first, they told me to send the package back. I packed it exactly the way it had arrived, and then they refused the return, claiming that it was not covered by the warranty! That’s why I sent it back — because it arrived damaged. They sent it back packed with 3 layers of carboard and cling film, with fragile markers all over. Absolutely unbelievable.
When you call them, a lady answers who has nothing to do with the company, which, by the way, is based in Slovakia.

I ordered a Cinnamoroll chair for my grandchild who lives in the UK, and the order was shipped to the billing address in the US. I had trouble getting through to customer service to correct the shipping address for several days, and they eventually dispatched a replacement order to the UK just in time for Christmas delivery. They even allowed me to keep the item that was sent to the US.

I bought a diesel indirect heater. At first usage the fuel pipe (made of plastic) melted because it is too close to the exhaust. Plenty of diesel run out.
This product is for sure not CE compliant.

Very poor product quality!
I bought a drill for concrete and after the first hole the drill was broken. Claimed for a warranty, send it back, and after 3 weeks they denied me the warranty saying that it was my mistake and misuse, sending the broken drill back to me...
Don't buy at this shop, it's a waste of time and money.

cancelled refund payment
Very poor shop, the item was found to be out of stock, the order was cancelled, and then the shop cancelled my refund with PayPal and has failed to respond to any messages. In view of this, I would not recommend purchasing from them or using a credit card, as this allows for chargebacks in the event of non-payment refunds.

I bought an electric motor
I bought an electric motor. It worked for 15minutes. I have made a complain and received different electric motor which has also worked only for few minutes!
I have written a complain again but no answer any more! I have tryed to reach them many times but without success!!!

Nice contact and customer service
I was at first sceptical because due to Christmas time my parcel took around a month to reach me. I had very very little info. Fortunately one can easily reach them on whattsap. I finally had news and recieved the parcel. There was a mismatch on my command that they have then been able to solve very quick. After all, the customer service is quite good and I am happy with my product :)

It was my unlucky day when I decided to buy something from this shop. Avoid! Sounds like a scam to me. I can't get refund for canceled order for nearly a month now.
