Slechtste verzekeraar!!! Blijf weg
De ervaring met deze verzekeraar is uiterst teleurstellend. Na het indienen van een claim is het onmogelijk om contact met hen op te nemen of een reactie te ontvangen. Gedurende een maand heb ik geen enkele vorm van communicatie of respons ontvangen, en ik moet hen telkens zelf benaderen. Zij reageren niet op mijn e-mails en ook niet op de chatberichten. Ondanks herhaaldelijke pogingen om contact met hen op te nemen, blijft het stil. Het is raadzaam om een andere verzekeraar te overwegen, aangezien deze verzekeraar zijn verplichtingen niet nakomt. Een klacht zal worden ingediend bij de ombudsman.

Ik adviseer ten zeerste tegen het…
Ik adviseer ten zeerste tegen het worden van een klant bij deze verzekeraar. Ik heb hier allemaal recensies gelezen waarin staat dat het online afsluiten gemakkelijk was, en dat is inderdaad waar. Echter, zodra je de verzekering nodig hebt vanwege een incident, krijg je geen gehoor meer. Ik wacht nu al bijna 3 weken. Na het indienen van de claim ontving ik een e-mail van Qcover (immoweb protection) waarin stond dat ik binnen enkele dagen gebeld zou worden. Drie weken later heb ik nog steeds geen telefoontje ontvangen. Ik heb opnieuw contact met hen opgenomen via hun chat en zij hebben mij doorverwezen naar een e-mailadres van Dekra schade experts. Waarom duurt het zo lang voordat er actie wordt ondernomen? Ik overweeg om over te stappen, dus ik raad iedereen nogmaals aan om geen verzekering bij hen af te sluiten.

Not so serious
More than 50% of the adds are not available any more and the real estate agencies respond to mail after a week, or two, or never respond. They do not answer phone calls.
