Received my mask. Matt was very helpful and obviously cares very much about the customers satisfaction.
Thank you for your help.

Masks arrived promptly and they do the job very well.

Perfect company to deal with excellent service great product

very helpful. everything went like clockwork.

Great service and delivered on time and was very good price

Masks -very comfortable but closure clips are too flimsy -mine broke which made wearing it awkward and less reassuring as I had to tie a knot.
Gloves- too few.
Overshoes- too few as we both went through them very quickly.
Suits- comfortable and good size.
I ordered extra filters at the same time but they were completely the wrong item as the filter needs to be replaced as a unit so I wasted money there. It would have been helpful to have the correct item clearly identified.
Useful to have some bags included-
Arrived on time.

The bags came very quickly.

Ordered a mask for soldering and working with organic fumes. The delivery, communication and customer service was excellent.

The top elastic strap broke on first use of the mask, not constructed well enough

I ordered some essential work equipment, including a Sundström battery, from Protective Masks Direct. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived damaged and the battery was missing. At first, the process was a little stressful due to delays while the courier was investigated. However, I have to give credit to the customer service team – especially Matt – for eventually resolving the issue professionally.

After some communication, they accepted responsibility and sent a replacement battery, which I’ve now received in perfect condition. I appreciate their help in resolving the matter and their willingness to make it right.

Mistakes can happen during shipping, but what matters is how a company handles it. In the end, Protective Masks Direct did the right thing, and I’m grateful for that.

I have been a customer for quite a few years due to my medical needs and cannot fault the quality of my masks, the attention given when placing an order and also the promptness of delivery.

Fast efficient service, excellent and friendly customer relations. Products as described.

Actually very speed delivey. Unfortunately received with one missing item. Very speedy they resend the missing item to me. Very cooperative. Happy to recommended for everyone.

Excellent service, fast and accurate. Only gripe was that the box the respirator came in was crushed, luckily items on inside 👍

Really easy to order and was kept updated with the order until I received it.
